Regular Reviews. 12.1 A Care Plan, tailored to meet the individual needs of the Resident will be developed. This will be in conjunction with the Resident, and their family or significant other if the Resident wishes them to be involved. This plan will be regularly reviewed by the Home in full consultation with the Resident, their family and/or appropriate other and, where appropriate, external healthcare and social care professionals. 12.2 Reviews shall take place one month after the Resident has moved in and regularly thereafter in order to monitor and evaluate any changing needs that the Resident may have. Details of reviews will be clearly documented and kept securely.

The agenda will include (without limitation) a review of: (a) performance in last period, including comparing actual stock levels versus expected; (b) any pending supply problems and corrective actions; (c) forecasts and business outlook for coming periods; (d) stock levels, Stocking Policy, Safety Stock, Cumulative Lead Times, Delivery Times, Lead Times, Procurement Times, and Supply Times; (e) phase in and phase out intentions, End of Life Notices and any discontinuances under clause 15, and any other end of life matters under clause 17.1; (f) storage conditions; (g) the full package multiples; (h) discrete demand intentions; (i) Supplier’s compliance with clause 22; (j) quality standards and control procedures, and Supplier’s compliance with Specifications and quality standards and control procedures; (k) product cost projections for next twelve (12) months and cost down achievements secured to date (including engineering initiatives); (l) any change in control or ownership of Supplier; (m) Supplier’s compliance with the Best Procurement Practice; (n) the planning process and day to day relationship between the Supplier, Purchaser and Aristocrat’s representatives and personnel (as applicable); (o) minuted Contract Note variations; and (p) KPIs, and Supplier’s compliance with KPIs.
Regular Reviews. MacStadium shall ensure that its physical security measures are regularly reviewed and revised to address evolving threats and vulnerabilities. MacStadium has the right to install patches that address security vulnerabilities. MacStadium will not be liable for any inability, delay, failure or mistake in the implementation of any security upgrade or patch.

  • Peer Review Dental Group, after consultation with the Joint ----------- Operations Committee, shall implement, regularly review, modify as necessary or appropriate and obtain the commitment of Providers to actively participate in peer review procedures for Providers. Dental Group shall assist Manager in the production of periodic reports describing the results of such procedures.   • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company. Prior to November 30th of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall communicate in writing the results of such review to Executive.

  • Annual Reviews Within thirty (30) days after each annual anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Company shall review Employee’s performance of his duties pursuant to this Agreement and advise Employee of the results of that review; provided, however, that Company may elect to conduct a partial-year performance review in order to synchronize Employee’s annual review date with that of the Company’s other executives. In connection with each such review, the Company shall evaluate whether any increase in Employee’s compensation under Section 2, below, is appropriate.

  • BUSINESS REVIEWS Supplier must perform a minimum of one business review with Sourcewell per contract year. The business review will cover sales to Participating Entities, pricing and contract terms, administrative fees, sales data reports, performance issues, supply issues, customer issues, and any other necessary information.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Reviews (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the Funder or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. For these purposes the Funder or its authorized representatives may, upon 24 hours’ Notice to the HSP and during normal business hours enter the HSP’s premises to: inspect and copy any financial records, invoices and other finance- related documents, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding or otherwise to the Services; and inspect and copy non-financial records, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding, the Services or otherwise to the performance of the HSP under this Agreement. (b) The cost of any Review will be borne by the HSP if the Review: (1) was made necessary because the HSP did not comply with a requirement under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement; or (2) indicates that the HSP has not fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement, including its obligations under Applicable Law and Applicable Policy. (c) To assist in respect of the rights set out in (a) above, the HSP shall disclose any information requested by the Funder or its authorized representatives and shall do so in a form requested by the Funder or its authorized representatives. (d) The HSP may not commence a proceeding for damages or otherwise against any person with respect to any act done or omitted to be done, any conclusion reached or report submitted that is done in good faith in respect of a Review.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.
