If, during its fiscal year, Grantee expends $750,000 or more in Federal Awards (direct federal and federal pass-through awards), from all sources, Grantee is required to have a program-specific audit conducted in accordance with 2 CFR 200.507. The auditor must audit Federal programs with Federal Awards expended that, in the aggregate, cover at least 50 percent (0.50) of total Federal Awards expended. Within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of the close of its fiscal year, Provider is required to provide a Program-Specific Audit related to the Contract to The Children’s Trust, in addition to the Annual Financial Statement Audit. The Program-Specific Audit shall be performed by an independent CPA firm that: is licensed and registered to conduct business with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation; has performed audits under Government Auditing Standards; and is either a member of the AICPA or FICPA peer review program to include government engagement reviews. This Program-Specific Audit must encompass an audit of The Children’s Trust’s Contract(s) as specified in Attachment D: Program-Specific Audit Requirements.
