Program Specific. The State shall develop program-specific clearance patterns for each of the following programs: CFDA 20.205, Highway Planning and Construction; CFDA 10.551 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, CFDA 10.557, Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, CFDA 84.010 Title I Grants to Local Education Agencies, and CFDA 93.778 Medical Assistance Program. 7.2 The following shall develop the State's clearance patterns: The Office of Financial Management, in conjunction with the Office of the State Treasurer (OST) and the applicable agency, shall develop all of the State's clearance patterns. 7.3 The sources of data the State shall use when developing its clearance patterns are as follows: Type of Clearance Pattern: Payroll and Administrative; Source of Data: Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and OST's EFT and warrant redemption records. Type of Clearance Pattern: Program specific; Source of Data: Agency warrant registers and OST's warrant redemption records. For CFDA 20.205, the agency system is TRAINS. 7.4 The State shall use the following methodology when developing its clearance patterns: When developing each clearance pattern, the State shall track at least 99% of the funds disbursed, from issuance to clearance, for a period of at least three months.

Program Specific. Agreements This MOC is designed to facilitate development of mutually beneficial exchanges/programs and to promote research and educational relationships, and should not be deemed to create legal and financial relationships between the parties. Before any of the activities referenced above in Section 1 may be implemented, both parties shall negotiate details and resolve the issues involved therewith and enter into an agreement pertaining to that activity (“Program Specific Agreement”). The term of such Program Specific Agreements shall not extend beyond five (5) years in length. Each such Program Specific Agreement shall be subject to the availability of any resources required for the activity; provided, however, in the event financial commitments are stated, the term of such agreements may not extend beyond one (1) year in length.

  • INDEPENDENT SINGLE OR PROGRAM-SPECIFIC AUDIT If Grantee, within ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s fiscal year, expends a total amount of at least $750,000 in federal funds awarded, Grantee shall have a single audit or program-specific audit in accordance with 2 CFR 200. The $750,000 federal threshold amount includes federal funds passed through by way of state agency awards. If Grantee, within ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s fiscal year, expends a total amount of at least $750,000 in state funds awarded, Grantee must have a single audit or program-specific audit in accordance with TxGMS, State of Texas Single Audit Circular. The audit must be conducted by an independent certified public accountant and in accordance with 2 CFR 200 Government Auditing Standards, and TxGMS. For-profit Grantees whose expenditures meet or exceed the federal or state expenditure thresholds stated above shall follow the guidelines in 2 CFR 200 or TxGMS, as applicable, for their program-specific audits. Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Single Audit Services will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form. If Grantee fails to complete the Single Audit Determination Form within 30 calendar days after notification by HHSC Single Audit Services to do so, then Grantee shall be subject to the DFPS sanctions and remedies for non-compliance with this Contract. Each Grantee that is required to obtain a single audit must competitively re-procure single audit services once every six years. Grantee shall procure audit services in compliance with this section and state procurement procedures as well as with the provisions of TxGMS.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any ▇▇▇▇, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.

  • Program Overview Microsoft extends to eligible partners the opportunity to participate in the Program referenced above subject to these Program Terms & Conditions (“Program Terms”). Each entity participating in the Program is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant.” Participation in the Program is voluntary. The Program is governed by the Program Terms, which incorporate by reference the Microsoft Partner Network Agreement (as in effect between Microsoft and Participant, the “MPN Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Program Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the MPN Agreement. These Program Terms are subject to local requirements and may vary by jurisdiction, and Participant retains sole discretion to set pricing for sales of applicable products.
