Prohibited Duties. The Stage Manager may not be required to fulfil the duties of a lighting designer as part of the Stage Manager’s contracted stage management duties.

Prohibited Duties. No police officer shall perform any of the following functions:
a. Washing or cleaning a police cruiser, marked or unmarked, while on duty or in uniform;
b. Changing flat tires on any police cruiser, marked or unmarked, while on duty or in uniform;
c. Installing or removing snow chains on any police cruiser, marked or unmarked, white on duty or in uniform;
d. Washing or cleaning any building, police station or garage of the Town while on duty or in uniform;
e. Using a personal vehicle for court;
f. Taking or passing a physical agility test (excluding promotion and Annual Incentive Testing);
g. Handling or transporting animals. With respect to dead animals, the officer shall be required to remove it to the side of the road if it is creating a traffic hazard.
Prohibited Duties. Teachers shall not be assigned or expected to perform, supervise, or otherwise complete those duties usually associated with maintenance, repairs or janitorial functions. Teachers may, in the interest of safety and cleanliness, assist with these duties on a voluntary basis in an emergency or to temporarily expedite necessary operations within a school. No professional educator shall be assigned or expected to perform medically prescribed procedures as outlined in the TCA 49-5-414 and TCA 49-5-415.

Prohibited Duties. Employees are law enforcement personnel and their duties shall not include general maintenance, cleaning or janitorial work. Employees are required, as part of their duties, to periodically clean the patrol vehicles, and are expected to keep the break areas and other work areas clean and tidy. Employees are expected to keep and maintain clean and orderly work stations and maintain high standards of professional cleanliness and neatness; it is not contemplated that they shall perform general janitorial services. Except in cases of emergency, no employee shall be required to operate, as a condition of employment, any motor vehicle, boats, motorized or non-motorized equipment, implements or tools that are not under the direct control and jurisdiction of the Sheriff. Emergencies include, but are not limited to the fire truck at the Emmet County Airport in the absence of airport personnel and vehicles belonging to other law enforcement agencies and fire prevention agencies as may be required by emergency situations in the sole discretion of the employee.

Prohibited Duties. One Stop Operators may not perform the following functions: • Convene system stakeholders to assist in the development of the Local plan; • Prepare and submit Local plans; • Oversight of the one stop operator; • Management of the competitive selection process for one-stop operators; • Selection or termination of one stop operators, career services, and youth providers; • Negotiation of local performance accountability measures; and • Development and submission of budgets for activities of the NEWDB. And to these prohibitions is when the entity serving as the one-stop operator is also serving in a different role within the one stop delivery system. In such an instance, the one stop operator may perform some or all of these functions when it is acting in its other role, and in accordance with established firewalls and conflict of interest policies and procedures.

Employees are expected to keep and maintain clean and orderly work stations and maintain high standards of personal cleanliness and neatness; it is not contemplated that they shall perform general janitorial services. When a jail trustee is not available for such services, the regular County maintenance and janitorial staff shall be responsible for such services. Except in cases of emergency, no employee shall be required to operate, as a condition of employment, any motor vehicle, boats or motorized equipment or non-motorized equipment implements or tools not under the direct control and jurisdiction of the Sheriff, excepting the fire truck at the Emmet County Airport in the absence of airport personnel and vehicles belonging to other law enforcement agencies and fire prevention agencies as may be required by emergency situations in the sole discretion of the employee.
