PROHIBITION ON REQUIRING CERTAIN INTERNAL CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS OR STATEMENTS. (a) The Contractor must not require its employees or sub-contractors to sign or comply with internal confidentiality agreements or statements that prohibit or otherwise restrict employees or sub-contractors from lawfully reporting waste, fraud, or abuse related to the performance of this contract to Mercy Corps or to USAID’s Office of the Inspector General.

PROHIBITION ON REQUIRING CERTAIN INTERNAL CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS OR STATEMENTS a. The recipient must not require its employees, subrecipients, or contractors to sign or comply with internal confidentiality agreements or statements that prohibit or otherwise restrict employees, subrecipients, or contractors from lawfully reporting waste, fraud, or abuse related to the performance of a Federal award to a designated investigative or law enforcement representative of a Federal department or agency authorized to receive such information (for example, the Agency Office of the Inspector General).

  • Announcements and confidentiality The Team will not make or permit to be made any public announcement(s) in relation to this Agreement without the prior consent of the Company nor (save as required by law) disclose to any third party any information concerning the terms or subject matter of this Agreement from the date hereof.

  • CERTIFICATION AND DISCLOSURE REGARDING PAYMENTS TO INFLUENCE CERTAIN FEDERAL TRANSACTIONS (SEP 2007). This clause applies only if this contract exceeds (i) $100,000 if included in Buyer's customer RFP or customer contract issued before October 1, 2010 or (ii) $150,000 if included in Buyer's customer RFP issued on or after October 1, 2010, or if the prime contract was issued prior to October 1, 2010 but was amended after October 1, 2010 to increase the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

  • Confidentiality Statement All persons that will be working with PHI COUNTY 21 discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of 22 COUNTY must sign a confidentiality statement that includes, at a minimum, General Use, Security and 23 Privacy Safeguards, Unacceptable Use, and Enforcement Policies. The statement must be signed by the 24 workforce member prior to access to such PHI. The statement must be renewed annually. The 25 CONTRACTOR shall retain each person’s written confidentiality statement for COUNTY inspection 26 for a period of six (6) years following the termination of the Agreement.
