Project Archive. The archive shall be available to each team member at a nominal cost. The archive set will contain only documents that the firm has security access to during construction. All legal rights in any discovery process are retained. Archive material shall be ordered from City’s software service provider.

Project Archive. Insofar as You make Customer Data on jointly processed projects available to other Authorised Users (hereinafter referred to as "Pro- ject Participants") with our general or individual consent during the term of the contract, We and our Affiliated Companies may from time to time, offer various project archive solutions (“Project Archive Solutions”) to Project Participants on the basis of separate agreements between Us or our Affiliated Companies and the Project Participants, in each case to the extent to which the respective Project Partic- ipant was granted access the Project Data during the term of the Project. The rights granted to Us by this section are non-ex- clusive, royalty-free, unrestricted in terms of xxxxx- xxxx and time, and may also be transferred or granted for exercise by Us to third parties together with Our business unit responsible for the operation of the relevant Platform Features.
Project Archive. Upon project completion or at intervals during the project, all project related documents and forms can be archived by e-Builder for a minimal fee if the contractor or consultants would like a copy of all the documents, processes and workflow form data. All legal rights in any discovery process are retained.
