Project Initiation and Coordination. Xxxxxx will review all relevant project documentation. Xxxxxx’x project manager and arborist will attend a site visit with Xxxx Xxxxxx and the County to review the current project plans against existing documentation. This site meeting will be used as an opportunity to confirm the anticipated limits of state and federal agency jurisdiction (e.g., top of bank, edge of riparian canopy, ordinary high-water mark), review anticipated project impacts in situ, and identify suitable locations on-site or nearby for tree planting and other riparian enhancements or mitigations. This task also includes limited ongoing coordination with Xxxx Xxxxxx and the County, including contracting, invoicing, phone calls, and email correspondence.
