– Project Public Kick off The Xxxxxx-Xxxx team will attend and facilitate the project kick-off that will consist of the following activities: • Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting #1 – The Xxxxxx-Xxxx team and MPO will hold a project kick-off meeting with the PSC to understand the Committee’s goals and objectives for the project. Participants at this meetingwill: - Discuss expectations regarding project process, issues, concerns, schedule, scope refinement, outcomes, and products - Discuss conclusions from previous studies and coordinate efforts with current initiatives - Review existing materials and data requirements with the Project Team - Discuss schedule, roles, and responsibilitiesStudy Area Tour – Following the PSCmeeting #1, the Xxxxxx-Xxxx team will tour the plan area with key MPO, City staff, and project partners to discuss specific issues and opportunities related to the East Dell Range and US 30 corridors. The Xxxxxx- Xxxx team will document the character of the study area through digital photographs of key locations and the surrounding neighborhoods. Task 2.2 – Focus Groups and Stakeholder Interviews Xxxxxx-Xxxx will conduct up to eight (8) one-on-one interviews with elected officials, partner public agencies (Laramie County School District, Cheyenne Transit Program staff, and WYDOT), community leaders, property owners, development community representatives, neighborhood organizations, and other key stakeholders. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will conduct individual interviews to better understand the context of the area and specific expectations. The interviews will be brief (approximately one hour), informal, and designed to elicit issues and concerns from the stakeholders, as well as provide an opportunity to inform stakeholders about the project. These interviews will allow Xxxxxx-Xxxx to discuss current initiatives and available information; understand project expectations; and identify key issues that need to be addressed.

  • TECHNOLOGY/KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER ACTIVITIES The goal of this task is to develop a plan to make the knowledge gained, experimental results, and lessons learned available to the public and key decision makers. The Recipient shall: • Prepare an Initial Fact Sheet at start of the project that describes the project. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Final Project Fact Sheet at the project’s conclusion that discusses results. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan that includes: o An explanation of how the knowledge gained from the project will be made available to the public, including the targeted market sector and potential outreach to end users, utilities, regulatory agencies, and others.

  • Project Description In two or three brief sentences, provide a concise description of your exhibition. Include the subject matter, type of objects to be included (paintings, sculpture, manuscripts, etc.), those responsible for organizing the exhibition, and catalogue author(s).

  • POST PUBLIC AUCTION 5.1. Any E-Bidders who successfully bids for the Property shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale and pay the difference between 10% of the purchase price and the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above (“differential sum”) at the office of the Auctioneer within same day from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee Bank and sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders.
