Promotion of Efficiency. It is recognized by the Association that the School District, in granting the benefits set forth in this Agreement, is adding to its cost of operation and that, therefore, this Agreement is made with the specific understanding that the Association will cooperate with and assist the School District in promoting better efficiency and presenting a continually improved educational program in the School District’s school system. It is recognized that the successful operation of the School District can be assured only through the cooperation of the parties hereto.

Promotion of Efficiency. It is recognized by the Association and the Employer that this Collective Bargaining Agreement is made with the specific understanding that the Association and the Employer will continue to cooperate with and assist the Employer in promoting better efficiency and presenting a continually improved education program in the Waynesboro Area School District. It is recognized that the successful operation of the Waynesboro Area School District can be assured only through the cooperation of both parties hereto.

  • Promotion of Agreement It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

  • Promotion A promotion shall mean the transfer of an employee to a higher level position of more responsibility as well as salary.

  • JOB POSTING, PROMOTION AND TRANSFER 13.01 Where a vacancy exists, or where the Hospital creates a new position in the bargaining unit, such vacancy shall be posted for a period of seven (7) calendar days. Applications for such vacancies shall be made in writing within the seven (7) day period referenced herein. Notwithstanding the above, the Hospital may fill at its own discretion vacancies caused by:

  • Health Promotion Effective January 1, 2014, the Employer shall provide a voluntary employee incentive program that offers taxable cash payments not to exceed $300 per employee per calendar year to employees who participate in health promotion activities and programs offered by the Employer. The Employer shall establish the specifics of the programs through the Health Benefit Committee. This provision shall expire on June 30, 2015 unless mutually agreed otherwise by the parties. All approved vendors contracted with the health plan administrator shall be permitted to provide services on state premises for employees.

  • Supply of Services 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shall, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreement.

  • Promotional Criteria Subject to the utilisation of the skills, as required by the Employer, an employee remains at this level until he/she has developed the skills to allow the employee to effectively perform the tasks required of this function and is assessed to be competent to perform effectively at a higher level or has successfully completed appropriate training to ASF level 1 and has the demonstrated skills to perform at a higher level. An employee must be prepared to undertake appropriate training. LEVEL 3

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.

  • Quality of Services (a) The Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services furnished pursuant to this Agreement.
