Promotion of Safe Work Habits. The parties to this Agreement agree to co-operate in the promotion of safe work habits and working conditions. The parties further agree to adhere to the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act and related Regulations. No Employee shall be disciplined for refusal to work when excused by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act and Regulations.
