Promotional Potential Rating. 976 Each Sworn Lieutenant in the Fire Department shall participate in the Promotional 977 Potential Rating process and must complete an evaluation for each candidate for promotion to Lieutenant. Such members shall award points based on the following job-related merit criteria uniformly applied to all candidates: emergency performance, leadership, teamwork and ethics and values using a points scale. A description of such criteria is attached in Appendix B. Each member participating in the Promotional Potential Rating process shall submit a signed rating sheet containing his/her assignment of points on the listed criteria to the Chairman of the “Ascertained Merit/Promotional Potential Rating Panel.” The average of points awarded to each candidate shall be posted by the highest-ranking Union officer who is not a candidate for promotion at the same time that the Chief’s points are posted.

Promotional Potential Rating. Promotional Potential rating will carry a weight of thirty percent (30%) whenever such a rating is approved as part of a promotional examination by the Civil Service Commission.

  • Cooperation with Rating Agencies If the ratings assigned to the Offered Notes by the Rating Agencies are conditional on the delivering of documents or the taking of any other actions by the Depositor, the Depositor will deliver those documents and take those actions.

  • Notice to Rating Agencies (a) The Trustee shall use its best efforts promptly to provide notice to each Rating Agency with respect to each of the following of which it has actual knowledge: (i) any change or amendment to this Trust Agreement; (ii) the resignation or termination of the Trustee; (iii) the final payment to Holders of the Certificates of any Class; (iv) any change in the location of the Certificate Account; and (v) any event that would result in the inability of the Trustee to make Advances.
