Orientation of New Employees. The Union shall be given the opportunity to address new employees as a formal part of the orientation process. The Union will provide the employer with the agenda of such presentation.

The salary data shall include the annual, monthly, hourly, overtime, and differential rate of compensation whichever are applicable. For the benefit of new and old employees, a copy of the updated Policy Manual will be available for public reference at the major work sites. The MCFSE President will also have a copy for reference.
