Promotional Rates. From time to time we may offer you certain promotional interest rates for certain types of transactions or certain parts of your Account balance. If you qualify for and accept the offer, the daily periodic interest rate of the promotional rate and the corresponding annual percentage rate will apply to the balance or portion of the balance of your Account in accordance with the terms of the promotional rate offer. At the end of the promotional rate period, Preferred Pricing for Purchases will apply to your Account.

Promotional Rates. Hotel shall advise MURC of any special promotional rates or packages to be offered by the Hotel during the Event, which are less than MURC’s rates. Any “special” rate or weekend rate advertised will be made available to the group.
Promotional Rates. GTA may, from time to time, offer promotional rates for Services. An eligible Customer may accept and receive a promotional rate under the terms and conditions applicable to that promotional rate. Should a Customer fail to maintain, uphold, or otherwise satisfy any of the applicable terms, conditions, or requirements, the Customer will be rendered ineligible for the promotional rate, and any Services provided thereafter will be billed at the then-current rate for those Services.

Changing This Agreement: Credit Union may change the terms of this Agreement, including the Annual Percentage Rate, at any time. Except where limited by applicable law, the new terms, including, but not limited to, increasing the finance charge or the way the Credit Union calculates finance charges, late charges, and the minimum payment due, will apply both to new purchases and cash advances and to the existing outstanding balance of your account as of the day of the change. In accordance with applicable law, the Credit Union will notify you of any increased charge or change by writing to you at the most recent address shown for you on the Credit Union's records. Delay in Enforcement/Waivers: The Credit Union may delay or waive enforcement of any of the provisions of this Agreement, including any agreement to make timely payments, without losing its right to enforce the same provision later or any other provisions of this Agreement. You waive the right to receive notice of any waiver or delay or presentment, demand, protest or dishonor. Change of Name or Address: You will notify immediately the Credit Union in writing if your Company name or Company address changes for this account, or the Company's or any Guarantors' financial status changes detrimentally.   • Promotional Probation a. An employee on promotional probation may be failed at any time without right of appeal or hearing, except as provided in C.3., below, and except that failing an employee on promotional probation must not be arbitrary, capricious or unreasonable. b. An employee who fails promotional probation shall receive a performance evaluation stating the reason for failure of promotional probation. c. When an employee fails his or her promotional probation, the employee shall have the right to return to his or her former class provided the employee was not in the previous class for the purpose of training for a promotion to a higher class. When an employee is returned to his or her former class under the provisions of this Section, the employee shall serve the remainder of any uncompleted probationary period in the former class. A regular employee who accepts promotion to a limited-term position, other than at the direction of the employee's agency/department head, shall not have the right to return to his or her former class. d. If the employee's former class has been deleted or abolished, the employee shall have the right to return to a class in his or her former occupational series closest to, but no higher than, the salary range of the class which the employee occupied immediately prior to promotion and shall serve the remainder of any probationary period not completed in the former class.

  • Promotional Probationary Period An employee who has previously completed the requisite probationary period and who is rejected during a subsequent probationary period for a promotional appointment shall be reinstated to the former position from which the employee was appointed. If the employee was dismissed from employment during the promotional probationary period, the employee shall not be entitled to such reinstatement rights.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Product Labeling The labeling of all Licensed Products sold or offered for sale under this Agreement shall expressly state that the Licensed Product is manufactured under a license from the Medicines Patent Pool.

  • BRAND NAME OR EQUALS/DEVIATIONS Unless otherwise specified, the mention of a particular manufacturer’s brand name or number in the specifications does not imply that this particular good is the only one that will be considered for purchase. This reference is intended solely to designate the type or quality of good that will be acceptable. Equal offers will be considered and must include descriptive literature and/or specifications. Failure to provide descriptive literature and/or specifications with equal offers will result in the disqualification of the bid. The determination as to whether any alternate good or service is or is not equal shall be made solely by the County and such determination shall be final and binding upon all bidders. The County reserves the right to request and review additional information to make such a determination. Although the County provides for the consideration of alternate bids, it reserves the right to make an award in the best interest of the County. Award may not necessarily be given to the lowest bid offered. The Bidder shall be responsible for reading very carefully, and understanding completely, the requirements and the specifications of the items bid upon. Unless the bid is in response to a “Brand Name or Equal” requirement, deviations from the specifications will only be considered if requested in writing prior to the date and time specified for receipt of bids. Deviations, if accepted, will be specifically addressed in writing via an addendum to this Invitation for Bids. Any goods or services that are not in compliance with the specifications will not be accepted.
