PROMOTIONS, STAFF CHANGES. 24.01 (a) Notice of all vacancies and new positions covered by this agreement (which shall include nature of position, required knowledge, education, qualifications, ability and skills, whether day or night shift and rate of pay) will be posted internally for a period of 10 calendar days. Applicants will be expeditiously notified of the results of the competition as soon as practical.
