Nourishment. The City shall provide at the discretion of the Duty Chief nourishment at any major conflagration.
Nourishment. The Employer may provide, at the discretion of the Incident Commander, at any emergency over three (3) hours in duration, nourishment for all Employees so involved in active duty.

Nourishment. The Employer shall provide for reasonable nourishment and refreshments when an Employee experiences extended times greater than three (3) hours, with patients for transfer of care in hospitals, attending at an incident, or made unavailable to access nourishment and refreshments.

Nourishment. In the event of a major incident nourishment shall be provided to the fire fighters on scene. The discretion of the Fire Chief or his delegate shall determine to what extent and when such nourishment is provided, reasonableness shall prevail.
Nourishment. Upon request the City agrees to provide any member of the Port Alberni Professional Fire Fighters’ Association, Local 1667, with a meal, where in the opinion of the Officer in Charge such action is warranted.
