Evaluation Product definition

Evaluation Product means Laserfiche Software furnished to Licensee for evaluation purposes or other limited, temporary use as authorized by us in accordance with Section 3, and that is not the subject matter of a separate written evaluation agreement executed by and between Laserfiche and Licensee.

Evaluation Product is defined in Section 2.5.

Evaluation Product means the Vendor product(s) listed in Addendum A.

Examples of Evaluation Product in a sentence

• The Evaluation Product is licensed “AS-IS” without support or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.

• You will be invoiced for the list price of the Evaluation Product if You fail to return or stop Using it by the end of the evaluation period.

• You authorize Cisco to use any feedback or ideas You provide Cisco in connection with Your Use of the Evaluation Product.

• Your use of an Evaluation Product is limited to thirty (30) days (“Evaluation Period”) unless agreed otherwise in writing by Us. During the Evaluation Period, You may access and use the Evaluation Products solely for Your internal evaluation in accordance with the use guidelines and restrictions set forth in Section 1.6 above to decide whether to purchase the right to use the Evaluation Products.

• Laserfiche does not assume any liability arising from any use of the Evaluation Product.

More Definitions of Evaluation Product

Evaluation Product means Laserfiche Cloud Components furnished to Subscriber for evaluation purposes or other limited, temporary use as authorized by us in accordance with Section 7.2, and that are not the subject matter of a separate written trial, evaluation or beta agreement executed by and between Laserfiche and Subscriber.

Evaluation Product means software that contains a license key, which disables the Software after 30 days, or other term as agreed to by the parties, and which will render the Product unusable.

Evaluation Product means either single-use or multiple-use product and/or equipment provided free of charge to an HCO by or on behalf of a Member for the purpose of obtaining user feedback over a defined period of use when used within the scope of the intended purpose, strictly in accordance with any necessary authorization in the jurisdiction where the Evaluation Product is used. Evaluation Products do not include the following:• Demos;• Samples;• product provided free of charge as a Charitable Donation, Research Grant, or Education Grant; or• product provided free of charge as part of the overall purchase price in a commercial supply arrangement, e.g. as part of an agreed discount arrangement, or as replacement product supplied pursuant to a warranty agreement.

Evaluation Product means the Incorta Analytics Platform (whether the on-prem object code copy or cloud based version of the solution) together with the relevant Documentation which are made available to Customer hereunder.

Evaluation Product means product provided for human use, either as free samples of single-use products, or loans of reusable products or capital equipment;

Evaluation Product shall have the meaning set forth below in Section 15. "Hardware" means hardware products generally available on NetScout's price list.

Evaluation Product means the software products activated with Activation Keys solely for evaluation purposes until the Expiration Date.
