Proper Environment. Customer is responsible for ensuring a proper environment and proper utilities for the computer system on which the Software will operate, including housing and operating the server equipment in an environment and according to the specifications for the equipment as specified by its manufacturer.

Before installing the Software or any related hardware at a work site, Motorola may inspect the work site and advise Customer of any apparent deficiencies or non-conformities with the requirements of this section.
