Inspection of Files. The personnel file in Human Resources and departmental/division working file shall be open for inspection by the employee and to such other persons as are officially designated by the employee.
Inspection of Files. Upon notice to the Lender, Development may inspect the files of the Lender relating to the Collateral Enhancement Program, during normal business hours of the Lender. Development will not copy or extract any information from such files unless (a) the information is eligible for protection from disclosure pursuant to applicable federal or state statutes, in which case Development agrees to invoke the confidentiality provisions of the statute or (b) if such information cannot be protected, the consent of the Borrower has been obtained. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section is not intended to limit or preclude the ability of Development to exercise its right of subrogation, or to defend itself in any legal action commenced against Development by the Lender or any Borrower.
Inspection of Files. Every unit member shall have the right to inspect/examine all his/her files upon request in accordance with Education Code Section 44031.
16.3.1 Material not subject to inspection includes rating reports or records which were obtained prior to employment of the person involved, prepared by identifiable examination committee member, or obtained in connection with a promotional examination.
16.3.2 A unit member shall have the right to authorize a representative to examine his/her file and obtain a copy of material in the file, except those materials indicated in 16.3.1.
16.4 Information of a derogatory nature shall not be entered or filed unless and until the unit member is given notice and an opportunity to review and comment thereon.
16.5 The unit member shall be sent any statement or letter prior to its being placed in his file and shall be provided an opportunity to react to any statement or letter placed in the file.
16.6 Material that should be, but is not, found in the unit member's personnel file shall not serve as a basis for affecting the status of his/her employment.
16.7 The unit member may place commendatory material relative to his/her professional status in his/her file.
16.8 All material going in a file shall be signed and dated by the person placing said material in the file.
Inspection of Files. 10.1.1 Materials in personnel files of unit members which may serve as a basis for affecting the status of their employment are to be made available for the unit member's inspection. Such inspection rights shall be afforded upon request, provided that the inspection is made at a time when the unit member is not required to render services to the District.
10.1.2 Exempt from unit member inspection are ratings, reports, or records which (1) were obtained prior to employment, or (2) were prepared by identifiable examination committee members, or (3) were obtained in connection with a promotional examination.
Inspection of Files. 5.1.1 Materials in the personnel files of employees which may serve as a basis for affecting the status of their employment are to be made available for the inspection of the person involved. The employee shall have the right to inspect such materials upon request, provided that the request is made at a time when such person is not actually required to supervise students.

9.2.2 Any access to or examination of employees’ personnel files requires the presence of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources or designee. A log shall be kept in each personnel file stating the date, purpose, and the signature of the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources or designee.
9.2.2.1 The log requirement as provided herein shall not apply to routine file maintenance or the inclusion of: Yearly contract Sick leave status Verification of credentials Offer of employment Evaluations
9.2.2.2 Law enforcement or other official governmental investigations where confidentiality has been officially requested.
9.2.3 Information within the personnel file shall be considered confidential in nature except to the extent that disclosure may be required by law. Any communication regarding its contents will be conducted in a reasonably secure manner.

9.2.5 An employee shall have the right to authorize a representative to examine his/her file and obtain a copy of material in the file, except those materials indicated in 9.2.4.
Inspection of Files. The Committee agrees to comply fully with the provisions of G. L. Chapter 71, Section 42C: School officials of cities and towns keeping records concerning any teacher or his/her work shall, at the written request of the teacher, permit the teacher by appointment to inspect the contents of his/her personnel folder, files, cards, and records, and to make copies of such contents and records as concern his/her work or himself/herself. Upon written request to the Human Resources Director, any employee covered by this Agreement shall have the right to inspect the contents of his or her personnel folder, file cards and records which pertain to said employee, and said employee may request copies of such contents as concern such employee or his or her work. It is understood that the records will be made available at reasonable and mutually convenient times. The teacher will have the opportunity to review such material and affix his/her signature to the copy to be filed with the express understanding that such signature in no way indicates agreement with the content thereof. The teacher will also have the right to submit a written answer to such material, and said answer shall be attached to the file copy. Whenever an addition is made to the teacher’s personnel folder, with the exception of formal evaluations and classroom observations, the teacher shall be immediately informed in writing within ten (10) days of the information being added to the file. Notation of “personnel file” as a “cc” on the document shall satisfy the written notification requirements of this provision. The teacher will have the opportunity to review such material and affix his/her signature to the copy to be filed with the express understanding that such signature in no way indicates agreement with the content thereof. The teacher will also have the right to submit a written answer to such material, and said answer shall be attached to the file copy.
Inspection of Files. Upon notice to the Lender, the VSBFA may inspect the files of the Lender relating to any loans enrolled under the Program, during normal business hours of the Lender. The VSBFA will not copy or extract any information from such files unless (a) the information is eligible for protection from disclosure pursuant to applicable federal or state statutes, in which case the VSBFA agrees to invoke the confidentiality provisions of the statute or (b) if such information cannot be protected, the consent of the Borrower has been obtained.
Inspection of Files. Pursuant to RCW 49.12.250, an employee shall have the right, upon reasonable notice, to inspect the contents of his/her personnel file and/or his/her immediate supervisor's working file; provided information regarding criminal investigations need not be shared with the employee. Inspection shall be in the presence of a District representative. File materials may be reproduced for the employee as promptly as feasible when requested. The employee shall pay for the expense of such reproduction. An Association representative may, at the employee's request, be present during the review of said employee's file.
