Common use of Proportionate Leave on Termination Clause in Contracts

Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee on weekly hiring who leaves the employment of the employer or his/her employment is terminated by the employer for any reason, shall be paid for 2.769 hours for each 36 ordinary hours worked and in respect of which leave had not been granted under this clause at the appropriate rate of wage calculated in accordance with 18.10.

Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee on weekly hiring who Where an Employee has given five working days or more continuous service, and either leaves employment, or the employment of the employer or his/her Employee’s employment is terminated by the employer for any reasonemployer, the Employee shall be paid for 2.769 hours for each 36 one-twelfth of an ordinary hours worked and week's wages in respect of each completed five working days of continuous service with the current employer for which leave had has not been granted under this clause at the appropriate rate of wage calculated or paid for in accordance with 18.10this Agreement.

An employee on weekly hiring who leaves the employment of the employer company or his/her employment is terminated by the employer company for any reason, shall be paid on a pro-rata basis for 2.769 12 hours for each completed four week period of 36 ordinary hours worked and in respect of which leave had not been granted under this clause at the appropriate rate of wage calculated in accordance with 18.10clause 4.2.

Proportionate Leave on Termination. An 7.1.7.1 If after one months continuous service an employee on weekly hiring who leaves their employment, or the employment of the employer or his/her employee’s employment is terminated by the employer for any reasonemployer, the employee shall be paid at their ordinary rate of wage for 2.769 12 hours for in respect of each 36 ordinary hours worked and completed month of continuous service in respect of which leave had not been granted under this clause at the appropriate rate of wage calculated in accordance with 18.10hereunder.

An employee on weekly hiring other than a casual who leaves the employment of the employer or his/her employment is terminated by the employer for any reason, reason shall be paid for 2.769 2.923 hours for each 36 38 ordinary hours worked and in respect of which leave had not been granted under this clause at the appropriate rate of wage calculated in accordance with 18.10subclause 50.3.

Proportionate Leave on Termination. An employee on weekly hiring who after one week's continuous service in the first qualifying 12 month period with the employer, leaves the employment of the employer employer, or his/her whose employment is terminated by the employer for any reasonthrough no fault of the employee, shall be paid for 2.769 hours for each 36 ordinary hours worked and in respect of which leave had not been granted under this clause at the appropriate rate of wage calculated in accordance with 18.10worked.
