Payment of Personal Leave. Payment for paid personal/carer’s leave shall be in accordance with Section 247 of the Act (ie Employee shall be paid at their basic periodic rate of pay).
Payment of Personal Leave. The employee is entitled to payment at the employee’s ordinary rate of pay (not including payments in the nature of penalty rates, overtime, allowances or loadings) for a period of personal leave.
Payment of Personal Leave. When an employee takes paid personal leave, the employer must pay the employee for that period the amount the employee would reasonably have expected to be paid by the employer if the employee had worked during that period.
Payment of Personal Leave. The amount of Personal Leave to which a full time employee is entitled depends on the period of time worked for the Hotel and accrues at the rate of 7.66 hours per completed month of service (92 hours per full year). Part-time employees are entitled to Personal Leave on a pro-rata basis for the hours worked. Unused Personal Leave of up to 76 hours each year accrues to a maximum of 760 hours during the period of employment.
Payment of Personal Leave. Payment for paid personal/carer's leave shall be in accordance with Section 99 of the Act (i.e. ordinary rate of pay).
Payment of Personal Leave. When an employee takes paid personal leave, the employer must pay the employee the basic periodic rate of pay as defined.
Payment of Personal Leave. (a) If in accordance with this clause, an employee takes a period of paid personal/carer’s leave, the employer must pay the employee at the employee’s base rate of pay for the employee’s ordinary hours of work in the period.
(b) Part-Time CL employees
(i) Accrued hours for the year will be calculated at each anniversary date to determine the hours of personal leave entitled.
(ii) Personal leave will be paid for the number of working hours missed due to sickness or carer’s leave from the accrual of hours calculated for that year.
Payment of Personal Leave. (a) The employee is entitled to payment for a period of personal leave in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
(b) If in accordance with this clause, an employee takes a period of paid personal/xxxxx’s leave, the employer must pay the employee at the employee’s base rate of pay for the employee’s ordinary hours of work in the period.
Payment of Personal Leave. 5.2.1 Personal leave will be paid at the Employee’s ordinary rate of pay.
5.2.2 To be paid personal leave, an Employee must meet the following requirements;
(a) Have the accrued entitlement to the period of leave;
(b) Notify the Employer as soon as reasonably practicable of their requirement to take leave;
(c) Produce a medical certificate from a registered health practitioner or a statutory declaration in support of any absence on personal leave in excess of 1 day.
5.2.3 If the Employee has not complied with the notice and documentation requirements prescribed in Clauses 5.2.2 (b) and 5.2.2 (c), the Employee will not be entitled to paid personal leave. Provided that this shall not apply if the Employee could not comply due to circumstances beyond their control.
5.2.4 This clause does not apply to casual Employees.
Payment of Personal Leave. An employee who qualifies for paid personal leave in accordance with this section will be paid the amount that they would reasonably have expected to be paid had they worked during the period of their absence
