Common use of Proportionate Leave on Termination Clause in Contracts

Proportionate Leave on Termination. If after one month's continuous service in any qualifying twelve monthly period an employee lawfully leaves their employment or their employment is terminated by the employer through no fault of the employee, the employee shall be paid at their ordinary rate of wage for 2.923 hours in respect of each completed week of continuous service being service in respect of which leave has been granted.
