Proposal Documentation. In addition to the proposal information requested above, this volume shall also contain the following documents: RFP Section A. Completed SF 33, Solicitation, Offer and Award, with acknowledgement of all amendments. The “Offeror” portion of the Standard Form (SF 33) shall be completed in its entirety. An official having the authority to contractually bind the Offeror shall sign the SF 33 IAW FAR 4.102. In doing so, the Offeror accedes to the contract terms and conditions as written in the RFP Sections A through K. These sections constitute the model contract. RFP Sections C through I. Proposal Documentation. Applicants should ensure that the Application conforms to the following: It is clear and concise; Images are clear and decipherable; A suitably annotated geological plan and predictive cross section or 3Dblock diagram is included showing the geochemical, geophysical geological target/s to be drilled, with a drill hole trace/s outlined.   • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.

  • Project Documentation All documentation provided to the City other than Project drawings shall be furnished on a Microsoft compatible compact disc.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION Each environmental service provided by the Engineer shall have a deliverable. Deliverables shall summarize the methods used for the environmental services, and shall summarize the results achieved. The summary of results shall be sufficiently detailed to provide satisfactory basis for thorough review by the State, The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and (where applicable) agencies with regulatory oversight. All deliverables shall meet regulatory requirements for legal sufficiency, and shall adhere to the requirements for reports enumerated in the State’s NEPA MOU.

  • Required Documentation The AGENCY is responsible for ensuring that all documents required by this Contract are current and available for the COUNTY’S review upon request. These documents may include, but are not limited to, certificate(s) of insurance, job descriptions and background check confirmations of staff.
