General Review definition

General Review means site visits to the Project Site at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction, and field reviews and tests as the Architect considers necessary, for purposes of checking the progress and quality of the Construction Work, as it is carried out, and to determine whether the Construction Work is in conformity with the requirements of the Construction Contract Documents.
General Review means review during visits to the place of the work (and where applicable, at locations where building components are fabricated for use at the project site) at intervals which coincide with regularly scheduled biweekly site meeting during the Construction Phase and that the architect in its professional discretion, considers necessary to become and remain familiar with the progress and the quality of the work and to determine that the work is in general conformity with the construction contract documents, and to report, in writing, to the Client, contractor and chief building official.” SC 9.
