General Review means, in respect of the Project or a particular Phase, the visits to the Real Property at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Construction of the Project or such Phase, as the case may be, that the Consultant considers, in the Consultant’s opinion, acting reasonably, to be necessary to become familiar with the progress and quality of the Construction of the Project or such Phase, as the case may be, and to determine that such Construction is performed in general conformity with the Construction Documents for the Project or such Phase, as the case may be, and applicable statutes, regulations, codes, and bylaws of all Governmental Authorities; provided that General Review does not require making exhaustive or continuous site reviews;

• General Review and variation Where this NSHA is to be amended or varied, then this NSHA may only be amended or varied by a document in writing signed by each of the Parties to the agreed amendment or variation.

• The Joint Commission shall undertake reviews provided for in paragraph 1 in temporal alignment with general reviews referred to in Article 6.7 (General Review), or upon request of a Party.

• The Parties shall take the matters listed in paragraph 1, and any recommendation arising from any dialogue conducted pursuant to this Article, into account in the context of the general review of this Agreement undertaken in accordance with Article 20.8 (General Review).

• The Parties may review this Chapter within the period stipulated in Article 20.8 (General Review) with a view to improving this Chapter in the future to facilitate government procurement, as agreed by the Parties.
