Proposing Firm Minimum Qualifications. The Contractor must meet the following experience, and additional points will be given for desired experience and/or mandatory experience exceeding the minimum requirement as noted below: 1. The Contractor must be an experienced firm providing the professional services described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, page 46 to 53 on a full-time commercial basis as its principal business for at least the past ten (10) years. 2. Five (5) years of experience providing organizational change management services for large- scale business transformation projects that include business process re-engineering (BPR) for multiple programs across multiple areas within an organization as part of an enterprise-wide transformation effort that has major implications for people, organizations, and technology as well as BPR. 3. Five (5) years of experience in strategic planning and providing organizational improvement support to public sector clients. 4. Five (5) years of experience in assessment of public agency organization, culture, and change management. 5. Five (5) years of experience in facilitation and executive coaching. 6. Five (5) years of experience implementing organizational change management solutions for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools. 7. Certification in change management for a change manager. Examples include ProSci, Change Management Advanced Practitioner, XxXxxxx. 8. Three (3) client references for services rendered that are similar to this SOW and contractor experience within the last five (5) years. RFP available to prospective proposing firms on November 8, 2017 Technical questions must be submitted by November 29, 2017 at 10:00 AM Answers to technical questions will be disseminated by December 5, 2017 at 3:00 PM Proposals must be received by December 19, 2017 at 10:00 AM Anticipated start date of agreement is March 2018

Proposing Firm Minimum Qualifications. Proposer must provide a proposal that outlines all strategy, timelines, and a description of how the Proposer will deliver these services. This section of the Proposal must not exceed 20 pages. Supporting documents that provide for a timeline graphic and description and a sample paid media schedule are not included as part of the 20 page narrative total. The proposal submitted will be incorporated as part of the awarded Contract. i. Proposal (20 page maximum) ii. Minimum Qualification Narrative (5 page maximum) iii. Team Resumes (15 page maximum)

  • Blue Sky Qualification The purchase of Units under this Subscription Agreement is expressly conditioned upon the exemption from qualification of the offer and sale of the Units from applicable federal and state securities laws. The Company shall not be required to qualify this transaction under the securities laws of any jurisdiction and, should qualification be necessary, the Company shall be released from any and all obligations to maintain its offer, and may rescind any sale contracted, in the jurisdiction.

  • Contractor Qualifications Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.

  • Required Qualifications At all times during the term of the Contract, Vendor shall have available, under direct employment and supervision and/or subcontract agreement fully incorporating the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, the required qualified and properly licensed (as applicable) personnel to properly fulfill all the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3001(y), 3064 and 3065. Such qualified staff may only provide related services within the scope of their professional license, certification or credential and ethical standards set by each profession, and not assume responsibility or authority for another related services provider or special education teacher’s scope of practice. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff are appropriately credentialed to provide instruction and services to students with the disabling conditions placed in their program/school through documentation provided to the CDE (5 CCR 3064 (a)).

  • Nasdaq Qualification The Shares to be issued shall be duly authorized for listing by Nasdaq, subject to official notice of issuance, to the extent required by the rules of Nasdaq.

  • Listing, Qualification, Etc This option shall be subject to the requirement that if, at any time, counsel to the Company shall determine that the listing, registration or qualification of the shares subject hereto upon any securities exchange or under any state or federal law, or the consent or approval of any governmental or regulatory body, or that the disclosure of non-public information or the satisfaction of any other condition is necessary as a condition of, or in connection with, the issuance or purchase of shares hereunder, this option may not be exercised, in whole or in part, unless such listing, registration, qualification, consent or approval, disclosure or satisfaction of such other condition shall have been effected or obtained on terms acceptable to the Board of Directors. Nothing herein shall be deemed to require the Company to apply for, effect or obtain such listing, registration, qualification or disclosure, or to satisfy such other condition.
