Executive Coaching. If Xxxxxxxxxx so requests, the Company will continue to make Executive Coaching services available to Xxxxxxxxxx, consistent with his current engagement schedule, through his Separation Date.
Executive Coaching. Equity-centered coaching and support that builds skills and processes related to the development of the Preschool Development Grant projects. This will ensure that an equity lens is applied to the grant activities as required by the grant guidelines.
Executive Coaching. Subject to City Council review and approval, Employee shall obtain a professional executive coach, who can provide professional advice, mentorship, guidance, and training to the Employee within three (3) months of the Effective Date of this Agreement. All costs of the executive coach shall be budgeted and paid by Employer. When seeking approval, Employee shall disclose all costs associated with executive coaching.
Executive Coaching. The mentoring relationship will be designed with the HYA Associate and the new Superintendent with input from the Board. There is a focus on monitoring progress towards attainment of Board goals and facilitation of the Superintendent’s first year evaluation. A coach provides a neutral third party sounding board with personal experience and understanding of the demands of the position. A coach, unlike employees or family members, isn’t a dependent or subordinate, but rather a person capable of giving honest feedback to help the leader achieve their goals and the goals of the organization. $10,000/school year. Governance Dashboards Governance dashboards help to facilitate, launch, and govern implementation of the district’s strategic plan and give meaningful data for the Board to evaluate the impact and return on investment that strategic goals are having on student achievement, financial, and other system outcomes. The strategic dashboard provides a framework for the Board and Superintendent to communicate the priorities and progress of the school system to the community. This service is a continued service from year to year. Included with Strategic Planning.
Executive Coaching i. Media Coaching to improve individual skills in dealing with the news media and for general public communication; and ii. Presentation Skills to help develop skills in speech delivery and conducting meetings. (such above-referenced services being, collectively, also called the "Consulting Services").
Executive Coaching. HCPA will: • Provide a bespoke 1:1 consultation service. Will consist of 5 free sessions. (Additional sessions can be purchased at a cost to the provider). • Establish any relevant current challenges, issues and successes and agree the requirements of the service. • Work with the representative of the organisation to address challenges and develop solution focussed outcomes that are implemented by the organisation. • Make three attempts to make contact and arrange a time to meet, but if, after the third attempt, there is not response, we will close the offer and remove you from the pipeline. If you wish to engage thereafter, you will be added to the pipeline and will need to wait for the next available slot. • Ensure confidentiality. • Share best practice. The provider will: • All meetings will be pre-arranged, and the identified staff member will attend sessions as a priority. • If a registered manager applies for supervision the owner/proprietor/line manager must be aware and in support of this • If appropriate the Care Manager will be supported by the organisation to prioritise the activity. • Attend/Engage in regular feedback sessions to support the completion and development of actions identified to successfully complete the coaching programme.
Executive Coaching. The Company shall reimburse Executive’s reasonable documented costs for executive coaching or similar services, comparable to what has been customarily provided to similarly situated executives of the Company, up to a maximum of $10,000 annually.
Executive Coaching. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive executive coaching services with an executive coach to be mutually agreed upon by the Executive and Parent Board. The fees of such executive coaching services, which will not exceed $5,000 per month, will be paid directly by NMG to such coach.

Executive Coaching. When Executive Coaching is needed, a separate statement of work, including tasks and deliverables, will be developed by the County organization requesting the services, the Contractor, and the Talent Management Division staff. Executive Coaching Services shall include: • Consistency with County’s competencies, strategy, environment, culture, and demonstrates multicultural sensitivity. • Handle a variety of participant behaviors and attitudes with respect and professionalism that maintains learning momentum and channels disruptive behavior productively. • Possess a good understanding of Arlington County’s competencies, strategy, business environment, and culture. Coaching services will be sought to help County leaders improve their learning and performance in- person and/or via telephone. The results sought from coaching shall be observable, measurable and meaningful both to the individual and the organization. Specifically, coaching will help County leaders to: • Make desired changes; • Examine patterns, behaviors, assumptions and perspectives and make conscious choices; • Support the client’s somatic (felt, sensation based) experience that increases the client’s awareness and understanding leading to the adoption of new behaviors; • Achieve desired goals; and • Clarify strengths, vision and values. The Contractor shall adhere to the Code of Ethics for Coaches as spelled out by the International Coach Federation at the following website: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ethics/. All coaches shall possess an International Coach Federation (ICF) certification. Services could include, but are not limited, to: • Executive Coaching – Work with executives for discrete periods of time on specific goals and objectives. • Team Coaching – Work with a team for a discrete period of time to address specific goals and objectives.
