Executive Coaching. Equity-centered coaching and support that builds skills and processes related to the development of the Preschool Development Grant projects. This will ensure that an equity lens is applied to the grant activities as required by the grant guidelines.

Executive Coaching. Subject to City Council review and approval, Employee shall obtain a professional executive coach, who can provide professional advice, mentorship, guidance, and training to the Employee within three (3) months of the Effective Date of this Agreement. All costs of the executive coach shall be budgeted and paid by Employer. When seeking approval, Employee shall disclose all costs associated with executive coaching.
Executive Coaching. If Xxxxxxxxxx so requests, the Company will continue to make Executive Coaching services available to Xxxxxxxxxx, consistent with his current engagement schedule, through his Separation Date.

Governance dashboards help to facilitate, launch, and govern implementation of the district’s strategic plan and give meaningful data for the Board to evaluate the impact and return on investment that strategic goals are having on student achievement, financial, and other system outcomes. The strategic dashboard provides a framework for the Board and Superintendent to communicate the priorities and progress of the school system to the community. This service is a continued service from year to year. Included with Strategic Planning.
Executive Coaching. Media Coaching to improve individual skills in dealing with the news media and for general public communication; and ii. Presentation Skills to help develop skills in speech delivery and conducting meetings. (such above-referenced services being, collectively, also called the "Consulting Services").
Executive Coaching. The School District shall provide an allowance up to a maximum of $4000.00 annually for executive coaching designed to assist the Assistant Superintendent in fulfilling his job responsibilities to the best of his abilities. Executive Coaching. In order to assist the Superintendent with the enhancement of leadership skills, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, and effectively managing change within the district, the superintendent shall engage the NJASA Executive Coaching Service. The Board shall pay the costs for a minimum of 20 hours of executive coaching to be used within 1 year of commencement of the service.
Executive Coaching. The Contractor will provide up to twelve (12) months of executive and leadership coaching to the Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations and potentially to direct reports of the Vice President as a result of this restructuring process. This coaching will include one-on-one consulting to include strategic planning, leadership development, and priority setting.
