Proration of Uniform Allowance Upon Separation for All Employees. Any employee who separates from employment shall have his/her annual uniform allowance prorated upon separation based on the number of months remaining in the current allowance year from date the payment is received to the following June (e.g., six (6) months = one-half (½) of annual allowance). Said amount shall be deducted from the employee’s final paycheck.
