PROTOCOL OF SIGNATURE. 5.1. The entry into force of the collective agreement section 27 Pregnancy and parental leave pay: The provisions concerning the pregnancy leave and parental leave pay (and those concerning public holidays and May Day) will apply upon entry into force of the agreement to those workers who are subject to the Sickness Insurance Act amendments which entered into force on 1 August 2022 and whose right to pregnancy leave or parental leave starts on or after 13 February 2023. If the worker is subject to the provisions of the Sickness Insurance Act concerning family leave which were valid on 31 July 2022 or the right to pregnancy or parental leave started before 13 February 2023, the agreement provisions concerning the maternity and paternity leave pay and adoption (and those concerning public holidays and May Day) of the collective agreement signed on 27 November 2020 apply to the employment relationship.
