Meeting of Elected Officials. One or more members of the governing bodies of the County, the School Board and the City will meet as needed, but no less often than annually, in a joint workshop session. These joint workshop sessions will be opportunities for the County, the City, and the School Board to hear reports, discuss policy, set direction, and reach understandings concerning issues of mutual concern regarding coordination of land use and school facilities planning, including population and student growth, development trends, school needs, off-site improvements, and joint use opportunities. The presentation of the above information will be prepared by the SWG. If necessary, at the end of a joint workshop session, the County, the School Board and the City will set the date(s) for any additional joint workshop sessions.

Meeting of Elected Officials. Annual holiday befits are not reduced from an employee who is a member of a municipal council or board or statutory election board or committee appointed for the purpose of state or municipal elections caused by the meetings of the elected officials during the employee’s regular working hours. If the meetings of said elected officials are held during the employee’s working hours, the difference between the pay and loss-of-earnings compensation paid by the municipality insofar as the loss-of-earnings compensation possibly falls below the pay. The difference will be paid when the employee has provided the employer with an account of any loss-of-earnings compensation paid by the municipality.
Meeting of Elected Officials. ‌ Annual holiday benefits shall not be deducted from an employee who is a member of a municipal council or committee or a member of an electoral commission or committee established by law for state or municipal elections, on account of the fact that a meeting is held during their working hours. If a meeting of the said bodies is held during their working hours, they shall be paid the difference between the salary and the compensation for loss of earnings paid by the municipality in so far as the compensation for loss of earnings is possibly less than the amount of the salary. The difference is paid when the worker has submitted a report on the compensation for loss of earnings paid by the municipality.

  • Meeting of Committee In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, however, such meeting to be held not later than 14 days after request has been received unless varied by mutual agreement.

The CAM will determine the appropriate meeting participants. o The administrative portion of the meeting will involve a discussion with the CAM and the CAO of the following Agreement closeout items:  Disposition of any state-owned equipment.  Need to file a Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statement (Form UCC-1) regarding the Energy Commission’s interest in patented technology.  The Energy Commission’s request for specific “generated” data (not already provided in Agreement products).  Need to document the Recipient’s disclosure of “subject inventions” developed under the Agreement.  “Surviving” Agreement provisions such as repayment provisions and confidential products.  Final invoicing and release of retention. • Prepare a Final Meeting Agreement Summary that documents any agreement made between the Recipient and Commission staff during the meeting.

  • PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE 17.01 When the Employer requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Employer during the employee's scheduled working hours, time spent at such meeting shall be considered as time worked.

  • Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

  • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • Time Off for Meeting Any representative of the Union or the Bargaining Team, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the right to attend bargaining meetings with the Employer held within working hours without loss of remuneration.
