Protocol Protokol. The PROVIDERshall, and shall ensure the Collaborators (defined under Section 6.6) shall, perform the Trial in strict compliance with the Protocol a copy of which has been provided to and signed by the INVESTIGATOR, as such Protocol is submitted to the relevant Competent Authority (« CA ») and Independent Ethic Committee (« IEC/IRB ») for favourable opinion/ approval and as the Protocol may be amended from time to time thereafter. Any amendment to the Protocol shall be notified to the relevant IEC/IRB and CA according to local regulations. All of the terms of the Protocol and any further amendments to the Protocol are incorporated hereunder and are an integral part of this Agreement. In case of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Protocol, theProtocol shall prevail. POSKYTOVATEL zajišťuje, že bude a zajistí, že spolupracovníci (dle definice v části 6.6), budou provádět KH za přísného dodržování Protokolu, jehož výtisk ZKOUŠEJÍCÍ obdržel a podepsal, a který byl zaslán příslušnému kontrolnímu úřadu (SÚKL) a nezávislé etické komisi (EK) k posouzení/schválení a který může být průběžně pozměněn. Jakékoli změny Protokolu musí být oznámeny příslušné EK a SÚKLu v souladu s místními předpisy. Všechny podmínky Protokolu a všech dalších dodatků k Protokolu jsou uvedeny v tomto dokumentu a tvoří neoddělitelnou součást této smlouvy. V případě jakéhokoli rozporu mezi touto smlouvou a Protokolem budou rozhodující ustanovení Protokolu.
