Provider Manuals. The TPA shall develop, distribute, and maintain provider manuals. In addition, the TPA will be expected to notify network providers of subsequent contract clarifications and procedural changes. The provider manual will include at least the following information: 1. An introduction to the Plan which explains the TPA’s organization and administrative structure; 2. A description of the Plan’s case management process; 3. A description of covered medical services, excluded medical services, and benefit limitations; 4. Billing and encounter submission information indicating which form (e.g. UB92, HCFA 1500) is to be used for services and which fields and codes are required for a claim to be considered acceptable by the TPA, or the necessary protocol and procedural information for a provider to submit claims electronically in accordance with HIPAA and HITECH EDI standards; 5. Provider performance expectations including disclosure of medical management and quality assurance criteria and processes; 6. Emergency room utilization (appropriate and non-appropriate use of the emergency room);

Provider Manuals. AMERICAID shall provide Group with a Provider Manual, to be periodically updated, which details policies and procedures of AMERICAID, and the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Manuals Each product delivered under contract to any Customer must be delivered with at least one (1) copy of a safety and operating manual and any other technical or maintenance manual. The cost of the manual(s) must be included in the price for the Product offered.

  • Operations Manual The Franchisor agrees to loan to the Franchisee one or more manuals, technical bulletins, cookbooks and recipes and other written materials (collectively referred to as “Operations Manual”) covering Factory Candy ordering, Store Candy manufacturing, processing and stocking and other operating and in-store marketing techniques for the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store.   • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.
