Provider(s) Data Capacity. For each Provider involved, describe the capacity for having a well-structured and reliable system for data management that accurately reflects its operations, costs, service delivery and outcomes. Xxxxxx has been involved in seeking a new database system that could be used for all programs and services VTC provides. Xxxxxx has been using a “home-designed” database for years that we continue to develop and enhance as we seek on a parallel track to acquire and implement the use of new software with more robust capabilities. The existing database is fairly sophisticated, but the new software would be much more robust and be easier to modify. Xxxxxx has been engaged for several months in a data mapping process which should be finished in July 2010. The outcomes of this exercise will help Xxxxxx determine next steps in terms if, when, and what kind of new database software we might purchase and implement.

Xxxxxx is in the process of vetting service management software programs to record plans of care, document services, generate billing, track youth and family progress and outcomes and prepare reports for the placing agencies and the court. The selected system will be highly stable and secure, contain data fields and analysis algorithms that are compatible with the multi-mode, multi-environment nature of RBS, and, while not capable of direct linkage with CWS/CMS, will produce hard copy reports that may be entered or scanned into the youth‟s automated case record.

All three lead agencies will use data systems which are highly- stable and secure, contain data fields and analysis algorithms that are compatible with the multi-mode, multi-environment nature of Open Doors, and, while not capable of direct linkage with CWS/CMS, will produce hard copy reports that are easily entered into the county‟s data system. Five Acres is going to use the Totally Integrated Electronic Record (TIER) Workflow system service management software to record child and family plans of care, document services, generate billing, track child and family progress and outcomes and prepare reports for the placing agencies and the court. The TIER Workflow System for Social Services offers innovative features to uniquely support case management, transitional housing, xxxxxx care, adoption, birth parent planning, and supported employment. TIER also provides software support for traditional services such as counseling and medication management. TIER offers accepted practice guidelines which improve compliance with CMS requirements and JCAHO/CARF/COA accreditation standards. Xxxxxxxx-Sycamores uses AVATAR for their electronic clinical record and management software to record child and family plans of care, document services, generate billing, track child and family progress and outcomes and prepare reports for the placing agencies and the court. Hillsides‟ computer network contains 5 databases (Xxxxxxx, Razor‟s Edge, MAS 90, ABRA and Millennium) used to record and manage Hillsides‟ client/family, employee and financial records. Their network is managed in-house by an IT department and the network is equipment with security software, redundancy systems and three back-up systems to protect all data including EPHI. Hillsides is in the implementation phase of installing the “Xxxxxxx” software application, design for behavioral health care services. The software has the ability to record referrals; intakes; assessments and progress notes; health/medical activities; education; generate billing, paperwork tracking; discharges and aftercare activities. Xxxxxxx maintains historical data on all clients and can generate reports directly from the client‟s screen or outcome reports in PDF, Word or Excel formats.

  • INDEPENDENT CAPACITY The employees or agents of each party who are engaged in the performance of this Agreement shall continue to be employees or agents of that party and shall not be considered for any purpose to be employees or agents of the other party.
