Provincial Conference. In the event the Union should call a Provincial Conference, time off for Union business shall be granted according to the following formula:

A. One (1) employee from the store shall be granted time off.
B. Forty (40) or more employees in the store - two (2) employees shall be granted time off.
C. One hundred (100) or more employees in the store - three (3) employees shall be granted time off. The Employer shall be given at least three (3) weeks’ notice of such conference. The Employer will xxxx the Union and the Union will reimburse the Employer for wages paid to the employee and health and welfare and pension contributions made on the employee’s behalf during such absence.

In the event the Union should call a Provincial Conference, time off for Union business shall be granted on the following basis: • One (1) employee from the Bargaining Unit of the Employer shall be granted time off. • The Employer shall be given at least two (2) weeks notice of such Conference. The Employer will xxxx the Union and the Union will reimburse the Employer for wages and all other payroll costs.
