PROVISIONS FOR INSPECTION. Subcontractor shall at all times furnish to Contractor and its representatives safe and ample facilities for inspecting materials at the site of construction, shops, factories or any place of business of Subcontractor and its subcontractors and materialmen where materials under this Agreement may be in course of preparation, process, manufacture or treatment. Subcontractor shall furnish to Contractor as often as required by Contractor, full reports of the progress of the work at any place where materials under this Agreement may be in the course of preparation or manufacture. Such reports shall show the progress of such preparation and manufacture in such details as may be required by Contractor, including, but not limited to, any plans, drawings or diagrams in the course of preparation.

Special inspections shall be scheduled by Subcontractor and coordinated with XYZ. Subcontractor shall be responsible for notifying the proper inspectors and XYZ not less than 1 work day prior to the required inspection, unless a longer period of time is required by the Prime Contract. Subcontractor shall be responsible for all additional fees, penalties, and expenses associated with non-complying work. Subcontractor shall furnish to XYZ as often as required by XYZ, full reports of the progress of the Work at any place where materials under this Agreement may be in the course of preparation or manufacture. These reports shall show the progress of that preparation and manufacture in such details as may be required by XYZ, including, but not limited to, any plans, drawings, or diagrams in the course of preparation.

The Grantee shall ensure that its staff, interns, volunteers, and subcontractors comply in a timely and complete manner with all the Department’s requests for information. The Grantee shall comply in a timely manner with requests by the Department or its authorized designee for financial information, records, and documents related to evaluating costs of programs and ser vices provided by the Grantee’s probation department. The Grantee shall timely submit any files or records of the Grantee’s juvenile probation department, or any facility or program operated by or under the authority of the Grantee, requested by the Department or its authorized designee as a part of the monitoring, auditing, or investigatory process.

  • Standards for Insurers Required Insurance must be placed with licensed insurers admitted to transact business in the State of California with a current A.M. Best’s rating of A V or better, or, if insurance is placed with a surplus lines insurer, insurer must be listed on the State of California List of Eligible Surplus Lines Insurers (XXXXX) with a current A.M. Best’s rating of no less than A X. For Workers’ Compensation Insurance, insurance issued by the State Compensation Fund is also acceptable.

  • Requests for Information (RFI) In the event the Contract Documents are not complete, definite, and clear, the Contractor shall request the Design Professional in writing for additional instructions and shall furnish the Owner a copy of the RFI. With reasonable promptness but not more than five days thereafter, the Design Professional shall furnish complete, definite, and clear instructions in writing, or by means of drawings, or both. In the event such additional instructions are given orally for expediency, they shall be confirmed in writing or by drawings or both within five days following the oral instructions. Any such additional instructions shall be consistent with the Contract Documents and reasonably inferable therefrom. The Work shall be executed in conformity with the aforesaid instructions. The Design Professional shall furnish the Owner a copy of all additional instructions issued to the Contractor. If, because of events beyond its reasonable control, the Design Professional is not able to meet the specified time period, then it is entitled to ask for additional time from the Owner.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.
