Public Road Improvements. The public right-of-way dedication and street improvements required of Developer related to the Retreat at Xxxxxxxxx development shall be governed by this Section 4.E and, where applicable, the requirements of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, the approved Master Plan and Standard Specifications.
Public Road Improvements. The public right-of-way dedication and street improvements required of Developer related to Preserve at Marks Creek development shall be governed by this Section 4.E and, where applicable, the requirements of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, the approved Master Plan, Transportation Impact Analysis, and Knightdale’s Standard Specifications. The developer shall install mast arm traffic signals at Knightdale Blvd and Marks Creek Road as shown on the approved Master Plan, and shall be eligible for transportation impact fee credits not to exceed the amount owed to the Town.
Public Road Improvements. CPAH shall construct and install an access and utilities in the Public Easement Area as required by the City. The access improvements will include a curb cut on the east side of the access to allow the Church to continue uninterrupted access to the Real Property and to SW Boones Ferry Road. In addition, CPAH shall design and construct frontage improvements for the portion of the Real Property that fronts on SW Boones Ferry Road and to construct those frontage improvements with City funds, and CPAH shall do so concurrent with the remainder of the Development.
Public Road Improvements. In connection with its completion of the Development, Developer shall be responsible, at City’s sole cost and expense, for performing public road improvements required by the City within that portion of the Dedication Property located along SW Boones Ferry Road, with frontage improvements similar in type and quality to that required for the Development and existing at Horizon’s church property along SW Boones Ferry Road. Horizon will have no liability for performing such improvements or paying any costs of the same.
Public Road Improvements. The Developer shall install the public roads, alleys, sidewalks, storm drains, culverts, street signs, traffic control devices, lighting and other improvements and utilities required for the Development as shown and labeled on the Improvement Plans and other drawings and specifications approved by the City. Public Roads shall be designed and improved to City standards. Public road improvements shall be dedicated to and accepted by the City, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Public Road Improvements. The public right-of-way dedication and street improvements required of Developer related to Forestville Yard development shall be governed by this Section 4.E and, where applicable, the requirements of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, the approved Master Plan and Standard Specifications.
Public Road Improvements. The public right-of-way dedication and street improvements required of Developer related to Knightdale Gateway development shall be governed by this Section 4.E and, where applicable, the requirements of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, the approved Master Plan and Standard Specifications.
Public Road Improvements. The public right-of-way dedication and street improvements required of Developer related to Old Milburnie Village development shall be governed by this Section 4.E and, where applicable, the requirements of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, the approved Master Plan and Standard Specifications. Due to the site’s limited and disjointed frontage along Old Milburnie Road and the fact that existing development between the site’s frontage would greatly diminish the likelihood of future connection of any improvements, the applicant shall be permitted to submit a fee in lieu of roadway improvements to Old Milburnie Road. This provision shall not waive or impact any improvements required by NCDOT, such as road widening needed to accommodate a left turn lane to enter the site from Old Milburnie Road. The applicant shall provide the Town with an engineering cost estimate for the widening improvements not constructed. Knightdale staff shall review any approve said estimate prior to acceptance of any fee in lieu payment.
