PURCHASERS SATISFACTION. The Purchaser/s herein has/have independently examined or caused to be examined the following relating to the title and has/have fully satisfied himself/herself/ itself/ themselves about the same. a) The documents relating to the title of the premises; b) The Building Plan/s and/or modifications sanctioned and/or approved by under the Jyangra-Hatiara Gram Panchayet – II ; c) The respective right, title and interest of the Owners-Vendors and the Developer-Vendor herein in respect of the premises; 2.1 The Purchaser/s undertake/s and covenant/s as not to raise henceforth any objection or make any requisition regarding the above and also waive/s his/her/its/their right, if any to do so.

PURCHASERS SATISFACTION. During the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on June 3, 2004 (the "APPROVAL PERIOD"), the following matters shall be conditions precedent to Purchaser's obligations under this Agreement: (a) Purchaser's being satisfied in Purchaser's sole discretion that the Property is suitable for Purchaser's intended uses; and (b) Purchaser's being satisfied, in Purchaser's sole discretion, with the items listed above in SECTION 4.1(a) through SECTION 4.1(d) above, including the information reflected therein. If Purchaser is not satisfied in its sole discretion as to the suitability of the Property for Purchaser's intended uses or any of the items listed above in SECTION 4.1(a) through SECTION 4.1(d) above, Purchaser may give notice thereof to Seller on or before the expiration of the Approval Period, whereupon this Agreement shall terminate, and upon such termination, Purchaser shall be entitled to the return of the Xxxxxxx Money, and neither party shall have any further obligation hereunder except for the Surviving Obligations. If Purchaser fails to give notice to Seller on or before the expiration of the Approval Period that Purchaser is not satisfied with the suitability of the Property or any of the items listed in SECTION 4.1(a) through SECTION 4.1(d) above, Purchaser shall be deemed to be satisfied with such matters and the conditions precedent in this SECTION 4.1.1 shall be deemed to be satisfied.
PURCHASERS SATISFACTION. For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in Section 3 hereof, each of the undersigned Purchasers shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Purchaser upon its execution and delivery of a counterpart of this Second Amendment.
PURCHASERS SATISFACTION. During the Due Diligence Period Purchaser being satisfied, in Purchaser's sole discretion, that the Property is suitable for Purchaser's intended use. If Purchaser is not satisfied in its sole discretion as to the suitability of the Property for Purchaser's intended use, Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by written notice to Seller at or before the expiration of the Due Diligence Period; and upon such termination, Purchaser shall be entitled to the return of the Xxxxxxx Money. If Purchaser does not terminate this Agreement by written notice to Seller prior to the end of the Due Diligence Period, the conditions precedent set forth in this in this Section 5.2 shall be deemed to be satisfied or waived.
PURCHASERS SATISFACTION. Prior to the Approval Deadline, the following matters shall be conditions precedent to Purchaser's obligations under this Contract: (a) Purchaser's being satisfied, in Purchaser's sole discretion, with the updated survey of the Property (the "Survey"). (b) Purchaser's being satisfied, in Purchaser's sole discretion, with the Title Commitment, including the information reflected therein. (c) Purchaser's being satisfied, in Purchaser's sole discretion, with the results of its environmental investigation (the "Environmental Report"). (d) Purchaser's being satisfied, in Purchaser's sole discretion, with the results of its structural investigation (the "Structural Report"). (e) Purchaser's being satisfied, in Purchaser's sole discretion, with the review of the Property, pursuant to 36 CFR Part 800, investigating the potential for "cultural resources" located thereupon (the "Other Reports"). (a) through 4.1.1(e) above, Purchaser may give notice thereof to Seller before the Approval Deadline whereupon this Agreement shall terminate, and upon such termination, Purchaser shall be entitled to the return of the Earnxxx Xxxey (subject to Purchaser's delivery of the Reports to Seller as required by Section hereof), and neither party shall have any further obligation hereunder except for the Survival Obligations. If Purchaser fails to give notice to Seller before the Approval Deadline that Purchaser is not satisfied with any of the items listed in Sections 4.1.1 (a) through 4.1.1(e) above, Purchaser shall be deemed to be satisfied with such matters and the conditions precedent in this Section 4.1.1 shall be deemed to be satisfied.

PURCHASERS SATISFACTION. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 4.1.3 of this Agreement, Purchaser is hereby deemed to be satisfied with the suitability of the Property for Purchaser's intended uses and with the items described above in Section 4.1 and Purchaser has no right to terminate this Agreement in connection therewith.

PURCHASERS SATISFACTION. The Purchaser/s undertakes to the Landowner and/or Developer/Vendor that the Purchaser/s is completely acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Landowner and/or Developer/Vendor, right and entitlement to develop the said premises, the sanctioned plans, all the relevant documents, the right of the Developer/Vendor to grant this presents, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Purchaser/s and the negative covenant mentioned above and/or the Said Agreement and/or elsewhere in this presents and the Purchaser/s hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.

PURCHASERS SATISFACTION. If at any time during the Due Diligence Period, Purchaser determines not to acquire the Property for any reason in its sole discretion, Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by written notice to Seller at or before the expiration of the Due Diligence Period; and upon such termination, Purchaser shall be entitled to the return of the Xxxxxxx Money (subject to Section 4.1 above), and neither party shall have any further obligation hereunder except for the Surviving Obligations. If Purchaser does not terminate this Agreement by written notice to Seller at or before the expiration of the Due Diligence Period, Purchaser shall have no further right of termination pursuant to this Section 5.2.
