As directed by the Board, Grantee will provide the Clerk of the Board’s Office and Board’s Health and Hospital Committee with a summary of how the County grant funding was expended in support of Adult Day Service programs and case management services at the conclusion of the grant period. This Grant Agreement is not a pledge or commitment by the County to make any other grants or contributions to Grantee.
