Purpose and Parties. This Agreement defines the relationship between and the responsibilities of the CITY OF TENINO and SENIOR SERVICES FOR SOUTH SOUND (SSSS), regarding the operation of congregate and home-delivered meal services. These Nutrition Programs are sponsored by Senior Services for South Sound at the Quarry House.
Purpose and Parties. This Trading Partner Agreement (TPA) is between all organizations providing and/or hosting data to the Exchange. This TPA defines the terms and conditions under which water quality monitoring data and data source metadata will be exchanged under the framework implemented in the Exchange. For the purposes of this Agreement, there are three types of Trading Partners:
Purpose and Parties. The purpose of this TPA/GUA is to define the terms and conditions in which Air Quality Data will be exchanged under the framework implemented in the National Exchange Network. The scope of this TPA will be strictly limited to the on-demand sharing of data between participating states and will not cover either (1) the regulatory submission of data to EPA’s AQS or (2) the submission of data to EPA’s AirNow system.1 It is assumed that each state will be meeting their regulatory requirements independent of this agreement; the AQS submission data flow will be covered by a separate TPA developed and issued by EPA. This Trading Partner Agreement / General Usage Agreement is to be used by any provider of air quality data (i.e. state, tribe, or other agency) wishing to publish their air quality data for exchange with other partners. New members who wish to share their air quality data as part of this AQDE exchange must sign a copy of this agreement and complete the Checklist in Appendix A and then submit it to the Exchange Network to be posted on the Exchange Network website, which will make this agreement accessible by all other exchange members. Definition of Data All partners agreeing to the terms of this agreement will publish some portion of their air quality data using the instructions in a supported version of the AQDE Flow Configuration Document. The supported versions will be available on the Exchange project website: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/exchanges/air/index.htm Air Quality data in the context of this data exchange includes the ambient concentrations of criteria and hazardous air pollutants, and meteorological data taken at monitoring sites within each partner’s state. In addition to Air Quality data, partners are expected to make as much metadata pertaining to the site and monitor for each specific data point available (at a minimum the latitude and longitude of each site must be provided).

In the event of a conflict between the Umbrella Agreement and any Annex concerning the meaning of its provisions, and the rights, obligations and remedies of the Parties, the Umbrella Agreement is controlling.
