PURPOSE OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1:01 The purpose of this agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the Association, and the employees and to set forth herein certain terms and conditions of employment upon which agreement has been reached through collective bargaining. The parties will be more progressive and proactive and agree to a collaborative and cooperative approach emphasizing problem solving based on interests.
