Purpose of the Addendum. The lease for the above referenced unit is being amended to include the provisions of the Violence Against Women and Justice Department Reauthorization Act of 2005 (VAWA).
Purpose of the Addendum. The Lease is hereby amended to include the provisions of this addendum because the Tenant has been approved to receive tenant based rental assistance under the Florida Housing Finance Corporation ("FHFC") Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program ("Program").
Purpose of the Addendum. The lease for the above-referenced unit is being amended to include the provisions of this addendum because the Tenant has been approved to receive rental assistance under the [program administrator’s] HOME Rental Assistance Program. Under the Rental Assistance Program, the [program administrator] will make monthly payments to the Landlord on behalf of the Tenant. The Lease has been signed by the parties on the condition that the [program administrator] and Landlord will promptly execute a HOME Rental Assistance Contract. This Lease shall not become effective unless the Contract has been executed by both the Landlord and the [program administrator], effective the first day of the term of the Lease.
Purpose of the Addendum. This addendum is designed to include the requirements of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s final rules implementing the 2013 reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
Purpose of the Addendum. The lease for the above-referenced unit is being amended to include the provisions of this addendum because the apartment project has received funding under the federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program (“HOME Program”).

The purpose of this Addendum is to (i) acknowledge the Sublicense on the License that will be granted by the Company, (ii) clarify certain terms of the License Agreement including the term of duration of the License and the reporting requirements in connection thereto, (iii) establish a royalty term and (iv) acknowledge the new compounds developed by Company, using the technology licensed under the License Agreement.

Purpose of the Addendum. This lease for the above-referenced unit is being amended to include the provisions of this addendum because Federal Funds were utilized under a CDBG/HOME Assistance Program with Xxxxxx County Community Services Department (CSD).
