Purpose of the Bank. The purpose of the Sick Leave Bank is to enable a member of the bargaining unit(s) covered by Stoneham Teachers Association ESP collective bargaining agreements, upon the exhaustion of his/her individual sick leave allotment (both annual and accumulated), to receive extended sick leave without loss of income during time of accident, disability or prolonged illness, subject to the conditions of the STA/SCC Sick Leave Bank Agreement and the guidelines adopted by the Sick Leave Bank Committee.
Purpose of the Bank. The purpose of the Bank is to contribute to the development and growth of market economy in the member states and to promote trade and economic integration among them by engaging in investment activities. The Bank shall carry out its activities aimed at strengthening international financial and economic co-operation upon the principle that membership of the Bank is open to new states and international organisations.
Purpose of the Bank. The intent of this Sick Leave Bank is to provide extended sick leave benefits to those members who personally incur a period of extended illness, injury or hospitalization. Short term illnesses are not subject to the use of the following Sick Leave Bank provisions.
