Athletic Coordinator Duties. A. Schedule all athletic activities including conference and non-conference games and tournaments for Junior High Baseball, Junior High Boys and Girls Basketball, Junior High Volleyball, Junior High Track and other activities that may be started. B. Schedule all officials needed to work the athletic activities noted in #1 above. 1. Handle all aspects of contracting and coordinating, fill out the contracts, and develop a schedule for the following: Floor officials (referees, umpires, etc.), Bench officials and volunteers (timers, scorers, ticket takers, etc.) and request checks to pay officials. C. Supply Central Office transportation information including information and send to opposing schools. X. Xxxxxxx, with Principal's help, eligibility list and program information and send to opposing schools. E. The Athletic Coordinator shall have two (2) periods equivalent to Junior/High School regular class period during the day for the portion of his/her assignment. The allowed time for performance of these duties shall not be taken from their planning period or lunch period.

The Athletic Coordinator shall have a class period per day or time equal to 5 class periods per five-day week for the portion of his/her assignment. The allowed time for performance of these duties shall not be taken from their planning period or lunch period.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators.   • Project Coordinator Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected.   • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Local Coordinator Leave The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. Subject to reasonable notice, it is understood and agreed that a Local Co-ordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position.

It shall be chaired by the LP and it shall meet on a regular basis. Associated partners shall be invited to take part in the steering committee in an advisory capacity. The steering committee shall at least: a. be responsible for monitoring and validating the implementation of the project and the achievement of the planned results as in the approved application form; b. perform the financial monitoring of the project implementation and to decide on any budget modifications as in § 11 of this agreement; c. monitor and manage deviations of the project implementation; d. decide on project modifications (e.g. partnership, budget, activities, and duration) if needed; e. be responsible for the settlement of any disputes within the partnership (as stipulated in § 22 of this agreement). 4. Further aspects, including the creation of sub-groups or task forces, may be set out in the rules of procedure of the steering committee.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
