Purpose of this Grant Agreement; Funding Source. The purpose of this Grant Agreement is to enable the State to award a Grant of $ (the “Grant”) to the Grantee for eligible costs of the services or project (the “Project”) described in Exhibits A and B of this Grant Agreement, which are incorporated fully herein. The funds shall be used exclusively in accordance with the provisions contained in this Grant Agreement and in conformance with Indiana Code § establishing the authority to make this Grant, as well as any rules adopted thereunder. The funds received by the Grantee pursuant to this Grant Agreement shall be used only to implement the Project or provide the services in conformance with this Grant Agreement and for no other purpose.

The funds shall be used exclusively in accordance with the provisions contained in this Grant Agreement and in conformance with Indiana Code § 8-23-30 establishing the authority to make this Grant, State Funds: Program Title: Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund (I.C. § 8-23-30).
Purpose of this Grant Agreement; Funding Source. The purpose of this Grant Agreement is to enable the State to award a Grant of $600000 (the "Grant") to the Grantee for eligible costs of the services or project (the "Project") described in Exhibits A and B of this Grant Agreement, which are incorporated fully herein. The funds shall be used exclusively in accordance with the provisions contained in this Grant Agreement and in conformance with United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) laws and regulations found in Indiana Code §4-4-9.7-6 as well as 42 U.S.C. §§ 3531-3549 and Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 5301- 5321 (the “Act”) and 24 C.F.R. part 570, establishing and governing the CDBG program establishing the authority to make this Grant, as well as any rules adopted thereunder. The funds received by the Grantee pursuant to this Grant Agreement shall be used only to implement the Project or provide the services in conformance with this Grant Agreement and for no other purpose.
Purpose of this Grant Agreement; Funding Source. The purpose of this Grant Agreement is to enable CIRDA to award a sub-grant of One Million Nine Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($1,900,000) (the “Sub-Grant”) to the Grantee, a lower tier subrecipient under the Federal Program, for Eligible Costs (as herein defined) to implement programs as outlined in the Plan for the performance of a Project as described in Exhibit A to this Grant Agreement, which is incorporated fully herein and which may be amended from time to time.
