The Superintendent will discuss with the Association the evaluation training process and implementation. The Association will be invited to be part of said training.

Exceptions to this requirement may 443 be made in unusual circumstances, such as where no principal exists.
Qualifications of Evaluators. Principals and administrators who have evaluation responsibilities will engage in professional development designed to implement the evaluation system and maximize rater agreement (see State law). No teacher shall be evaluated by an administrator who has not been trained in observation, evaluation, and the use of the specific instructional framework and rubrics contained in this agreement and any relevant state or federal requirements.
