Qualifications/Skills/Training. All testing/examination results referenced herein shall be maintained by the administration in a log which includes the following: • Date a test or exam is given; • Names of LESP members taking the test or exam on each date; • Names of LESP members passing each test or exam. After each test or exam is given, the log will be updated and the Association president will be provided a copy of the updated log.

Employees applying for transfer to paraprofessional positions must have satisfactorily completed the State of Michigan testing standards for Highly Qualified status or have earned at least sixty (60) semester hours at an institution of higher learning. b. Employees applying to transfer to Wage Class III or IIIa Paraprofessional positions will need to complete any related mandatory training for the position as soon as it becomes available.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3001(y), 3064 and 3065. Such qualified staff may only provide related services within the scope of their professional license, certification or credential and ethical standards set by each profession, and not assume responsibility or authority for another related services provider or special education teacher’s scope of practice. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff are appropriately credentialed to provide instruction and services to students with the disabling conditions placed in their program/school through documentation provided to the CDE (5 CCR 3064 (a)).

  • What Are the Qualifications for Charitable Donations The Pension Protection Act of 2006 allows Xxxx XXX holders who are RMD age or older at the time of a distribution to annually exclude qualified charitable distribution amounts up to $100,000 per year from gross income. The provision was made permanent by the PATH Act of 2015. A qualified charitable distribution must be made payable directly to the qualified charity as described in Section 170(b) of the Internal Revenue Code.   • Insurer Qualifications Without limiting any obligations or liabilities of Consultant, Consultant shall purchase and maintain, at its own expense, hereinafter stipulated minimum insurance with insurance companies authorized to do business in the State of Arizona pursuant to ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 20-206, as amended, with an AM Best, Inc. rating of A- or above with policies and forms satisfactory to the City. Failure to maintain insurance as specified herein may result in termination of this Agreement at the City’s option.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Contractor Qualifications Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.
