Quality; Continuous Improvement. Supplier shall make all reasonable efforts to continuously improve the quality of each Product it sells to YETI, and will meet or exceed the applicable Minimum Acceptable Quality Level identified below. Supplier will prepare for YETI’s review and approval an inspection plan that identifies, at a minimum, the inspection method, inspection frequency and inspection quantity that Supplier will follow for each Product, and once approved by YETI, such inspection plan shall be followed by Supplier. Supplier will deliver to YETI quality verification, as well as quality assurance and quality control information, in the form and at the times required by YETI. If either Party becomes aware of a potential defect in Products, it will notify the other Party, and then each Party will provide the other with such information and analysis it possesses regarding the potential defect as may be reasonably requested by the other Party. Whenever Product defects are confirmed, Supplier will at its cost promptly implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions in consultation with YETI. When requested by YETI, Supplier shall provide YETI with access to copies of all design and process failure mode and effects analyses (FMEAs) prepared by Supplier with respect to each Product.

Quality; Continuous Improvement. 5.7.1 The Service Provider must prepare, deliver, maintain and adhere to a Quality Management Plan that identifies the procedures to be carried out to measure, collect, monitor, demonstrate, maintain and report on Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators specified by the Authority. The content of each Quality Management Plan will be agreed with the Authority and will include:  Overall approach;  Roles and responsibilities;  Activities and deliverables to be measured;  Measurement standards and procedures;  Reporting arrangements;  Corrective action procedures; and,  Quality improvement activities. Please describe how your quality management arrangements will be applied to maintain quality throughout the life of the project. The response should cover:  Procedures for achieving quality standards in all project management, development and operational tasks;  Arrangements for ensuring quality of all project management, development and operational deliverables; and, Authority role in quality management arrangements 5.7.2 The Service Provider will actively seek to improve performance through a policy of continuous improvement applied throughout the period of the contract. The Service Provider’s Continuous Improvement Strategy will focus on delivering service efficiencies, reductions in whole life costs and improvements in quality and performance and they will maintain a record of continuous improvement initiatives/ actions implemented and their outcomes.

  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT 3.1 The Supplier shall adopt a policy of continuous improvement in relation to the Services pursuant to which it will regularly review with the Authority the Services and the manner in which it is providing the Services with a view to reducing the Authority's costs (including the Framework Prices), the costs of Contracting Bodies and/or improving the quality and efficiency of the Services. The Supplier and the Authority will provide to each other any information which may be relevant to assisting the objectives of continuous improvement and in particular reducing costs.

  • The Performance Improvement Process (a) The Performance Improvement Process will focus on the risks of non- performance and problem-solving. It may include one or more of the following actions: (1) a requirement that the HSP develop and implement an improvement plan that is acceptable to the LHIN; (2) the conduct of a Review; (3) a revision and amendment of the HSP’s obligations; and (4) an in-year, or year end, adjustment to the Funding, among other possible means of responding to the Performance Factor or improving performance. (b) Any performance improvement process begun under a prior service accountability agreement that was not completed under the prior agreement will continue under this Agreement. Any performance improvement required by a LHIN under a prior service accountability agreement will be deemed to be a requirement of this Agreement until fulfilled or waived by the LHIN.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Commercial Operation (i) On or before December 31, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units. Demonstrating commercial operation includes achieving Initial Operation in accordance with Section 1.4 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and making commercial sales or use of energy, as well as, if applicable, obtaining capacity qualification in accordance with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.
