Process Failure definition

Process Failure means a fault or flaw in the performance of any process within the fabrication operation that is not due to designs, specifications, Photomasks, or instructions provided by Conexant.
Process Failure means the failure of a Church body or authority to have appropriately dealt with or investigated information relating to alleged conduct of a Church worker or the alleged inappropriate or unreasonable conduct or omission of a Church worker who had knowledge of conduct of another Church worker involving sexual misconduct.
