QUALITY OF SUPPLY. 15.1 In accordance with the Electricity Regulation Act, as amended, the customer shall be responsible for maintaining the quality of supply from the embedded generator within the limits set out in the NRS 048 Quality of Supply and NRS 097 Grid Interconnection of Embedded Generation specification, with which the customer acknowledges himself/herself/itself to be acquainted.
15.2 The Municipality shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, suffered or sustained by a customer as a result of or arising from the cessation, interruption or any other abnormality of the supply of electricity, unless caused by negligence on the part of the Municipality.
QUALITY OF SUPPLY. The APTRANSCO and PDCL shall endeavour to ensure compliance with Grid Code specified by the Commission under section 86 (1) (h) of the Act, wherever applicable. The PDCL shall also comply with the quality of supply standards as prescribed under the Regulations.
QUALITY OF SUPPLY. 14.1 In accordance with the Electricity Regulation Act, as amended, the customer shall be responsible for maintaining the quality of supply from the embedded generator within the limits set out in the NRS 048 Quality of Supply and NRS 097 Grid Interconnection of Embedded Generation specification, with which the customer acknowledges himself/herself/itself to be acquainted. Any deviation to these limits may only be made upon receipt by the customer of written approval by the City.
14.2 The City shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, suffered or sustained by a customer as a result of or arising from the cessation, interruption or any other abnormality of the supply of electricity, unless caused by negligence on the part of the City.
QUALITY OF SUPPLY. 5.1. The supply must be effected in the conditions of quality established by current regulations (Royal Decree 1434/2002, sections 63-65) and in any regulations that supersede or amend these provisions, based mainly on the continuity of supply (number and duration of outages) and product quality (quality of the gas and odorisation).
QUALITY OF SUPPLY. All work supplied to the Customer by CAN will be undertaken by fully qualified and experienced co-operative and social enterprise development professionals. • CAN operates a fully developed Quality Assurance System.
QUALITY OF SUPPLY. The TSTRANSCO and TSDISCOM shall endeavor to ensure compliance with Grid Code wherever applicable. The TSDISCOM shall also comply with the quality of supply standards as prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensees’ Standards of Performance) Regulation, 2004 (No. 7 of 2004) in respect of all Open Access Users of its network.
QUALITY OF SUPPLY. Whilst the Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with Clause 42.3 it makes no representation as to, and is not liable for any Losses incurred by the Customer resulting from, the quality of the Supply.
QUALITY OF SUPPLY. 3.1 The quality of water to be supplied shall be [Potable or Non Potable] water.
3.2 The provision of information, sharing of risk assessments and all communications regarding Water Quality will be in accordance with the Water Quality Protocol in place between the parties at the time.
QUALITY OF SUPPLY. The TSTRANSCO and DISCOM shall endeavor to ensure compliance with grid code wherever applicable. The DISCOM shall also comply with the quality of supply standards as prescribed under the Commission’s Licensees’ Standards of Performance Regulation, 2016 (No: 5 of 2016) in respect of all banking facility users of its network.

5.2.- The Distributor for the area is responsible for the availability and quality of the supply in accordance with what has been established in the legislation in force.
5.3.- Non-compliance with the supply quality standards shall give rise to the billing discounts laid down in Article 66 of Royal Decree 1434/2002 or any regulations that supersede or amend these provisions. IBERDROLA shall handle any claims against the Distributor for rebates and discounts that the Distributor must apply to the Client in the event of non-compliance with quality standards.
