Enterprise Development. 6.6.1 The Seller undertakes to the Buyer that it will procure compliance with the Committed Obligations in relation to Enterprise Development contained in Annex 7 (Enterprise Development Element Obligations).
6.6.2 The Quarterly Obligations, in respect of Enterprise Development, are contained in Annex 10 (Quarterly Obligations). The Seller shall procure that the Quarterly Obligations referred to in Annex 10 (Quarterly Obligations) are attained or exceeded by it in the relevant periods.
Enterprise Development. The Parties agree to cooperate on enterprise development within the EAC Partner State(s) through supporting:
(a) the promotion of EAC Partner State(s)-EU private sector business dialogue, cooperation and partnerships;
(b) efforts for the promotion and integration of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) into mainstream business activities;
(c) the promotion of efficient production and the marketing of businesses of EAC Partner State(s);
(d) the implementation of private sector development strategies of the EAC Partner State(s);
(e) the promotion of a favourable environment for the development and growth of MSMEs;
(f) private sector organisations' capacities to comply with international standards;
(g) the protection of innovations from piracy; and
(h) the capacities of the EAC Partner State(s) for the exploration, exploitation and marketing of natural resources.
Enterprise Development. 21.17.1 XXXX shall comply with all Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) codes. XXXX, as at Effective Date is a Developing Organisation (DO). Once XXXX becomes an Established Organisation (EO) in terms of the aforementioned codes, it must have a relationship and/or agreement with a Developing Organisation (DO). Transnet Freight Rail’s monitoring and key performance areas of this aspect will be linked to its New Business Development portfolio.
21.17.2 In terms of the code series 2600: A relationship agreement of co-operation and assistance has to be in place between the established organization (EO) and developing organisation (DO).
(a) The EO may not have an equity holding larger than 20% in the DO, either directly or through a flow through calculation.
(b) The DO that can qualify for Enterprise Development must:
(i) be a legal entity compliant with South African Revenue Service requirements;
(ii) be an employer of at least three other permanently employed personnel and not merely a one person operation with temporary employees.
(iii) must be 50% or more black owned or 30% or more black women owned.

(h) capacities of the EAC Partner State(s) for exploration, exploitation and marketing of natural resources.
Enterprise Development. 4.1. The development of sustainable business enterprises for the benefit of the communities within an Affected Area, including:
4.1.1. Promoting skills development among the youth to enable the establishment of businesses and reduce unemployment. This includes enabling infrastructure such as business and incubation hubs and related skills centres;
4.1.2. Promoting access to markets for black-owned small, medium and micro-enterprises (SMMEs), including programmes that attract local supplier development and incubation in the beneficiary communities; and
4.1.3. Promoting access to funding by SMMEs to enable them to take advantage of opportunities presented to participate in the local economy.

The program will be updated weekly and will be used to manage all installation activities. The Contractor is to provide a detailed report, within twenty-one (21) days, on any completed project work. The Employers’ Representative, or his delegate, issues a unique Task Order for General Service and Overhaul of Boiler General Valves on unit 1- 6 during various outages and opportunity maintenance for the period of five (5) years.. Intentions of the Employer before Completion The Employer reserves the right to carry out any checks, on quantities and categories of the personnel supplied per Task Order.
