QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS REQUIREMENTS a. The Contractor shall provide a competent and experienced service representative to perform maintenance inspections on all Autoclave Sterilizers listed in the equipment schedule (See Section II(K)). The Contractor shall schedule maintenance inspections on a quarterly basis (approximately every 90 days) to assure the continued optimum performance and reliability of all the Autoclave Sterilizers. b. At a minimum, Contractor shall perform the following services during each quarterly maintenance inspection of Autoclave Sterilizers: Door Assemblies:  Verify proper door and switch operations; adjust if Controls:  Verify that printers are operating properly  Verify that printer tapes are legible  Verify date and time on printer  Verify battery backup; replace if needed  Confirm that touch panels operate properly  Verify that all alarms, water level sensors, and cooling fans operate properly; replace fan filter  Verify that factory recommended settings of controls are in use  Verify temperature display printouts  Verify temperature and pressure settings in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications/manual Piping:  Inspect and clean stem, jacket, and water strainers  Inspect and clean chamber drain for debris  Replace air filter cartridge  Replace zinc plug on heat exchanger  Inspect/rebuild jacket trap  Verify operation of chamber and jacket gauges  Verify that there are no leaks Valves:  Replace with new check valves  Replace with new steam manifold and water manifold valves  Replace with new exhaust manifold valves  Replace with new double door steam supply and exhaust valves  Replace with new steam control pressure reducing valve  Verify that each manual valve operates easily; check packing, rebuild or replace as needed  Verify proper setting of flow control valve  Verify safety valve is not leaking; replace if necessary Safety:  For walk-in autoclaves, verify that all life-safety protection systems are operational  Verify that appropriate signage and operator instructions are present Testing:  Verify that unit has proper labeling  Check wiring, terminals, and other connections for integrity  Verify proper operation of sliding shelves or carts; if applicable  Reinstall any panel or cover removed  If unit is a vac, run leak test and record leak rate  Run machine through each cycle to verify proper operation; check all displays and printouts; retain printout tape and note “verification testing” on tape and return tape to dire...

  • Maintenance Requirements The Contractor shall ensure and procure that at all times during the Maintenance Period, the Project Highway conforms to the maintenance requirements set forth in Schedule-E (the “Maintenance Requirements”).

  • Listing and Maintenance Requirements Compliance The Company has not in the two years preceding the date hereof received written notice from any stock exchange, market or trading facility on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing, maintenance or other requirements of such exchange, market, trading or quotation facility. The Company has no reason to believe that it does not now or will not in the future meet any such requirements.

  • Maintenance, Etc The Company will maintain, preserve and keep, and will cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to maintain, preserve and keep, its properties which are used in the conduct of its business (whether owned in fee or a leasehold interest) in good repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and from time to time will make all necessary repairs, replacements and renewals as the Company may determine to be appropriate to the conduct of its business.

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant shall allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Listing and Maintenance Requirements The Common Stock is registered pursuant to Section 12(b) or 12(g) of the Exchange Act, and the Company has taken no action designed to, or which to its knowledge is likely to have the effect of, terminating the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act nor has the Company received any notification that the Commission is contemplating terminating such registration. The Company has not, in the 12 months preceding the date hereof, received notice from any Trading Market on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing or maintenance requirements of such Trading Market. The Company is, and has no reason to believe that it will not in the foreseeable future continue to be, in compliance with all such listing and maintenance requirements.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner. 2.1.2 The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the Interconnection Customer written acknowledgment that it has received the Interconnection Customer’s written test report. Such written acknowledgment shall not be deemed to be or construed as any representation, assurance, guarantee, or warranty by the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner of the safety, durability, suitability, or reliability of the Small Generating Facility or any associated control, protective, and safety devices owned or controlled by the Interconnection Customer or the quality of power produced by the Small Generating Facility.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Periodic Review of Costs of Environmental Compliance In the ordinary course of its business, the Company conducts a periodic review of the effect of Environmental Laws on the business, operations and properties of the Company and its subsidiaries, in the course of which it identifies and evaluates associated costs and liabilities (including, without limitation, any capital or operating expenditures required for clean-up, closure of properties or compliance with Environmental Laws or any permit, license or approval, any related constraints on operating activities and any potential liabilities to third parties). On the basis of such review and the amount of its established reserves, the Company has reasonably concluded that such associated costs and liabilities would not, individually or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse Change.

  • Operation and Maintenance Manuals Receipts for transmittal of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Brochures and Data to the Design Professional (or Commissioning Agent) as required by Section 6.1.1.5.
