The coordinator role will only be assigned to pharmacist(s) who volunteer. If more than one pharmacist volunteers the selection of the coordinator(s) will be made by the department director. The coordinator(s) will be given a total of one shift per pay period (which may be split among two employees) at each hospital, as staffing permits, for the purpose of carrying out the duties of the coordinator. These duties include, but are not limited to, such things as student scheduling, orientation, evaluation, arranging pharmacist “shadowing” assignments, and determining which learning experiences are best for each student's individual goals. The total one shift per pay period may be divided among more than one coordinator. The Hospital will maintain the coordinator position so long as it annually averages at least one student per rotation.   • Meetings with Management The Shop Xxxxxxx will be allowed release time during working hours, without loss of pay or leave credits, to meet with management only when the Superintendent of Highways or Town Supervisor has requested the meeting.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.

  • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • Closed Meetings The Board and Board committees may meet in a closed meeting to consider the following subjects:

  • Time Off for Meetings Any representative of the Union on this Committee, or their alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the Senior Administrator has prior notice.

  • Project Kick-off Meeting The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting. Deliverable: A brief report regarding the project kickoff meeting.
